I purchased this product for the probiotics and have taken high quality probiotics for some time but needed to order so decided to try these. I am not interested in weight loss. I have only taken three capsules so far and have a constant stomach ache since the first one. My other probiotics were great so I will stick with them. This may be a good product for others but not for me. Some ingredient is causing nausea.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (UC) about 2 years ago. I have suffered with bloating and a host of other digestive issues since then. Since starting BIO-X4 two months ago, my digestive issues have all but disappeared. I have lost about 8 pounds in two months with little to no effort. I have been able to get my cravings for sugar and refined carbohydrates under control and my energy levels are returning which is allowing me to have the energy to begin doing moderate exercising each day.

Although BIO-X4 has an appetite suppressant in the product, I have not experienced any side effects that many other weight management products produce such as sleeplessness or jitters.

In the two years I have been taking a prescribed medication for my UC, costing over $800.00 a month to keep my UC under control, the medication has not come close to bringing my digestive issues under control as BIO-X4 has at a much lesser cost per month. Although I would NEVER recommend anyone stopping their medication without their doctors approval, this is exactly what I'm planning on asking my physician this next month.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a product which will aid in obtaining digestive health and regularity.

I have been taking Bio X 4 for the last two month. I have not seen any differences in how I feel and have not lost any weight. It may work well for some people but not for me. I emailed to get a refund since they advertise a 90 day money back guarantee, but beware because they will only give your money back on any unused product. To me that is not a money back guarantee. A money back guarantee is when a customer is not satisfied with your product or service you refund the money they have spent on your product or service. They encourage you to try it for at least 90 days. That is why I order two months worth. I would have quit taking it after one month had I known you can't get your money back. Very deceptive advertising.

Combined probiotic, digestive enzyme, weight management and craving control blend contributed to my feeling more energetic. Initially skeptical. Also consumed during 12 and 13 time zone travels and consuming foreign meal ingredients, very helpful! Excellent results, enjoyed touring and new friends. Plan reordering soon.

I've been taking BIO X4 for several weeks now, as the instructions recommend. The only claim that really has seemingly lived up to its promise is the impact of the probiotics to my system. Unlike yogurt, which never seemed to do much, I have yet to feel bloated or have an upset stomach since being on this regiment. I think that alone may be sufficient to continue on this program, but I'll have to weigh competing products, which only focus on the probiotic results.

I didn't notice anything different at all with Nucific. I saw the video online and was definitely interested, so I ordered a few bottles. I didn't feel anything different in my body, and I actually started to feel more bloated after the second week ironically.

I read that data on this product through the internet by a passing chance, and I normally do not make internet purchases. Having said that, the facts about the digestive system seemed to be correct, so I made the initial investment to give the product a trial at a 3-bottle purchase, knowing that the results would take time to produce an effect.

All I have say is, I followed the directions exactly and wow, it works! I work long hard hours sitting at a desk with only long walks (parking my car as far away as possible wherever I go) for exercise and felt literally drained with little to no energy at all. After taking the product (no exercise yet), I have lost 20 lbs and my digestive system went through a complete change and I feel it getting better than ever expected. I drink a couple of cups of coffee (no sugar) and the rest good clean water all day.

In the beginning, after a few weeks, things felt uneasy in my stomach for several days, and I almost considered stopping. I always try things at a 100% effort, so I continued, figuring to complete the use of the product and give it a 100% trial effort before making any final decisions, and followed the instructions to the tee (3 times a day, 5 minutes before each meal), although I missed few time frames from the start.

Then one night after about 2 weeks, I woke up one night with internal cramps and pains in my system. I was a little nervous then Mother nature stepped in and provided much needed unexpected assistance. I have never seen the toxins that came out like that before and felt great a few minutes later.

I tried posting a very thorough and honest review here before, and it got filtered out...no shock there. Anyway, to sum it up, I waited the full recommended three months and then some before making up my mind about the product. It sounds like it's helped thousands if not millions of people manage their weight and digestive health, which is wonderful, but no such luck for me.

If anything, I'm more constipated than before, and I haven't lost a pound. I'm still bloated, gassy, and have no energy whatsoever. I take 6 a day instead of 3, hoping initially that this would give me better results. But now, I'm just taking the 6 a day to get rid of the pills more quickly. It's too late to request a refund (90 days till it works, 90 day refund period, haha) and I'm sure the probiotics are doing something good beneath the surface, so I'll finish the remaining 1.5 bottles and then go back to just drinking green tea and protein shakes, I suppose.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but maybe it's good for the company to acknowledge their product simply won't work for some people, and that's totally fine...but maybe be more realistic about managing expectations?
