I have Fibromyalgia and I had to take three Gabapentin a day to manage my daily pain level, but if I'm stressed by anything, my pain level would rise, and I couldn't take another dosage. Plus having this pain made me depressed and hopeless. I haven't been able to lose weight, which is the first thing all physicians recommend, but it's impossible because all meds prescribed for Fibro's first side effect is weight gain. I was gaining an average of 10 Lbs per year and this year was my 8th year with this disease. I had gained 80 lbs and other than starving myself, which I couldn't be we have chronic fatigue and without food, I couldn't function at all. I was desperately looking for something that can help me lose weight, and I've tried everything. I'm quite savvy with good nutrition and only eat organic foods.
When I saw Dr. Amy's video about foods one shouldn't eat, I learned one thing new. I drink only water and green tea, but not the same high amounts that it has in BIO X4. When I did research and saw how costly it would be to purchase these products on my own, I decided to try it. As usual, it takes people with Fibro weeks for the meds to be absorbed by our body and didn't anticipate a quick change right away, but during the fourth week, as I measured myself (we lose inches faster than pounds, thus I stopped using scales, and only measure myself), I notice I was 2 inches thinner.
A few days later, I had a doctors appointment and I asked my doctor as he walked in, "Look at what I weighed last month and look at what I weight now?" I dropped 12 Lbs after four weeks of taking BIO X4. He said, "That's great! Whatever you're doing, keep up the good work! Come back in two weeks, (I also had blood work to follow up on) and we'll continue tracking the weight loss." I kept taking the pills with each meal and walking was the only form of exercise I could do because I had a bad knee and walk with a cane.
Two weeks later, I didn't anticipate losing as much weight, because I know that women lose much of their water retention in the first two weeks of dieting, but when the RN weighed me for the following appointment, I had lost an additional 18 lbs. My mouth dropped and my eyes welled up because I haven't lost that much weight since I was in my thirties and I'm 57. My doctor was shocked and amazed. He said, "Impressive! Most of my patients your age, lose 2-3 pounds a week and then gain them back a few months later. You are doing excellent! Keep up the good work!"
This was three months ago, and today I've lost 48 lbs and dropped two dress sizes. Plus, BIO X4 has healed my immune system because I now take only one pill of medication a day and I sleep better, and the depression is gone. My lower back was always painful and made it difficult to walk far without several rest periods, but since dropping the first 12 lbs, I haven't had any lower back pain either. If you have chronic pain and need to lose weight, this product really works!
