I spent over $600 (with tax and shipping). I've been using these products as directed for the past four weeks.

I have experienced stomach noise (severe) and increased bloating and gassiness. I have not lost any weight. I have developed a terrible rash that looks like eczema on my hands, arms, and torso.

I became very interested in seeing what my results could be. I ordered my first bottle and began the journey. I took one capsule in the morning and one at night. Over the period of 9-12 months, I started losing weight. I went from 198 lbs down to 164 lbs, and dropped from a size 18 down to a size 12. My doctor was so pleased and gave me a big hug!

BIO X4 is one of the best products I've ever purchased. I was a little hesitant at first to spend the money to try it even though it's all natural and had ingredients I knew were good for me. I took the plunge and have no regrets. My digestive system has been a mess since I was a teen and I also have a tendency to retain a lot of fluids. I'm not a big person but my stomach was always bloated making me look pregnant, and the rest of my body always felt swollen, and I was constantly tired.

Since I started taking BIO X4, within two weeks, I started to see changes. I wasn't retaining as much fluids, and my stomach started going down. Before I could finish my first bottle, I started feeling fatigued. I felt so weak that I even told my daughter-in-law "I feel like I'm dying," and I did. I finally went to my primary care physician who ordered blood tests. When I heard from him the following Friday, he told me to go to the emergency room. Of course, I did, not knowing what the tests read. They examined me, of course, and contacted my doctor. He said, to them, my a1c was 12.6. They took my glucose level, and it was over 400.

Now, before all of this took place, two years before I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I was careful about what I ate; but, the BIO X4 curbed my appetite. So much so that I wasn't eating much of anything at all. So, saying this, I would recommend that anyone with pre-diabetes, please, check with your doctor first.

I’m overweight by 25-30 pounds, which is a lot for ME. I have always been an athlete/athletic, but now I’m pre-menopausal. For about two years, I haven’t slept, and I have low energy and some days quite depressed (which I look at as a choice). My husband gets frustrated with me because if I went to the gym and did cardio 3-4 days a week, it would melt off FAST. I hate the gym...

So with that being said, here’s why I love BIO X4! Immediately I felt a change with my "gut health," I could tell toxins were leaving. I had minimal cramping type pain but it faded quickly. BUT after 40 days I started to sleep a straight 7 hours and I was dreaming AGAIN! What happens when you sleep? Energy and no depression! Also my desire to make food my entertainment has diminished! Because I have rested, I actually got on the cross trainer again, walked or played three holes of golf after dinner (I already played 18 holes in the morning).

My conclusion is this: I do not take this for weight loss BUT because of ALL the positives of the pill and its attributes, I am back on my life changing eating habits (no sugars, low-no carbs) and WANT to exercise or MOVE! I’m still not a fan of the gym, but I’ll go outside and "play."
