I have been struggling to lose weight. BIO X4 and the other products have helped me lose weight. Along with the products, I watch what I eat and exercise, but BIO X4 actually made the weight go down.

I ordered the three bottles of Nucific BIO X4, and have been using them about 20 days now, and am very satisfied with my results. I have IBS, Acid Reflux, and GERD. I have not experienced any extra bloating, or gas from the product than I normally get with the above symptoms. I also would like to say I started noticing my digestive system being more frequent a few weeks in (mind you, they say you will see results typically in 90 days).

I haven't changed my diet or exercise regiment either (I already ate and exercised daily before even buying this product). My main goal was my digestive system when purchasing, and I'm seeing high results in this area. I haven't had any side effects noted, and have been relieved due to what symptoms I already have.

I started using BIO X4 in October 2017. After a couple of weeks, I noticed I was t having any heartburn and had lots of energy. Since October I am down 17 lbs, and I feel great.

I no longer want snacks at night and almost no sugar snacks. I am eating mostly whatever I want, but I seem to eat less of it. I have not had any adverse effects at all.

I have used BIO X4 for the last three months because I was irregular due to my colitis flare-ups and the pockets I have in my colon (colon cancer runs in my family tree). This is the best supplement I've ever had! I am correcting so many issues with this. I'm experiencing the best results. Weight loss is number one. Energy gain, number two. I have tried to lose weight, and I was having some digestive problems. With BIO X4, I am not having any kind of pain in my gut. I watched the video about BIO X4 and decided to switch my probiotic brand to BIO X4, hoping it would help me lose a few pounds! I’m really not sure why because my previous probiotic worked great and in the last two years I have lost 60 pounds, and my gut issues improved tremendously with this other probiotic! I have been in a rut with my weight loss lately, and I guess I thought this would give me a jump start again!

I have been taking BIO X4 for almost three months, and it has not helped me one bit! Actually, it has made my gut issues worse, and I have actually gained a few pounds! First time in over two years! I actually had severe cramping, bloating, and gas with this product!

I was satisfied with the way the product helped cure my appetite and is helping me reach my golds. I have tried other products in the past. I found them to be lacking in the ability to decrease my urge to eat past what I should.

A little back history: I am an eating disordered, total Diet Coke addict (I drank easily a gallon or more of Diet Coke per day, no water). I skipped meals and ate primarily fast food. I hate cooking when I am rushed and because I always have more exciting things to do than cook. As you can well imagine, fat and tired and sick and tired of being sick and tired.

On a whim, because Dr. Lee's feed came up on my spouse's Facebook and I happened to overhear, I ordered the stuff! "What do we have to lose" was my thinking at the time. Nothing could have prepared me for what amazing and massive changes were about to occur in my life and my spouse as well, who also wanted to try it out with me because we both suffer the same ailment; illness and obesity. Spouse is diabetic, by the way.

The day we began taking BIO X4, I prepared our usual food to high-fat to work (breakfast and lunch for the spouse, breakfast for me). I started that first day with no expectations. At breakfast time on the first day both myself and spouse had our usual diet soda. Neither of us finished that soda. At lunchtime, my spouse opened another soda because that is the routine; again, did not finish it. I ran out of the four bottles of water I took with me to work, which is not my norm (I hate water, rather hated, past tense). Over time, it has become blatantly obvious to me that we as individual humans no longer matter. We only count as the masses. The more crap they feed us, the sicker we get. We require more medications which in turn requires another medication to combat the side effects of the medication they have prescribed us. The cycle is vicious, and I firmly believe that majority of health ailments originate with the foods that are being offered to us. They have approved and directed us to eat low-fat diets. Low-fat foods are filled with carbs and sugars which makes you crave more of the same. Finally, you just give in and become an eating machine, and there you are caught in the cycle to no fault of your own. It is what was intended for you and me. Dr. Lee, however, has the keys to the handcuffs they put on us and she is willing to share the key with you and I and for that, I will be eternally grateful!

Just remember, Dr. Lee's BIO X4 is not a fix all, it is a tool that allows you to succeed, where in the past you have always failed. You still have to do your part. She gave us the bullets that go in the gun to shoot down our food enemies. Our body is the gun, the BIO X4 is the bullet and Dr. Lee said we could do it, and we did!

This is my first review, and I would just like to hopefully give people researching this product some reassurance. I went back and forth for about two weeks reading every review and looking at many products. I've been on many diets and usually do very well, but love the boost this product gave me. I am down 32 pounds over three and a half months with a good diet. I plan to keep on track and hope this time I really follow through. Looking and feeling great, this product gave me a lot of energy, and I feel helped me with my portion control, which was always my weakness. I hope this review helps others to definitely give it a try with your diet. I don't know how much it would do if you weren't eating right because I really didn't cheat but once or twice.
