I started the product two months ago, and saying BIO X4 is awesome is an understatement. I LOVE IT. A little back ground on where I was before BIO X4, I was constantly looking for Red bulls or Monsters SOMETHING to give me that energy. Since Day 1 I have completely kicked energy drinks to the curb. I haven't exactly lost the weight I was hoping to lose by now, but my bowel movements have become a lot more regular WHICH IS AMAZING. I work out 5 times a week and this pill helps provide the energy needed to keep pushing myself further and further. I highly recommend BIO X4 to everyone!

I have been taking BIO X4 for 2.5 months. I've lost 20 lbs without any exercise. I have more energy than I've had in years. My overall mood is happy and optimistic even though I'm in the throws of menopause. My metabolism has increased. I don't feel the need to sleep all the time, and can't, even if I try. My entire body feels more balanced. My skin tone has improved, I don't look old and pale and I have NOT changed anything that would have caused that difference. I have a history of diarrhea and had been taking an RX for it, which is a powder mixed with water every morning. I have found the pill is much easier and tastier.

My problem is that I tend to forget to take the pill before I eat and sometimes remember it one hour later. This is most likely due to the fact that my meals are not regular. So, I know the problem lies with me, and I am trying to eat at regular times and remember to take the pill as directed.

My digestive system seems to be better, my belly fat is less, my bloating and gas is better, and I have lost a few pounds. I am diabetic and have a problem keeping my blood sugar from dropping too low and am working on my insulin dosage.
