Every year I put on weight from Thanksgiving to Christmas. I struggle, but I lose the 10 lbs I gained. I'm horrible at exercising.

I watched the video by Dr. Amy Lee and it was pretty persuasive, so what did I have to lose? I started using BIO X4 at the end of December 2017.

The first month I didn't feel much different, but the scale was going down. I noticed my cravings were gone. I could pass by the chips and Cheetos, and I didn't even want any of them. I have lost 12 pounds since beginning BIO X4. I am diabetic, and my blood glucose is under control. I haven't changed what I eat, but I'm not hungry, so I eat less. I get fuller faster too.

Well, I don't know where to start. I will say though that the product does work and as a matter of fact, I felt a difference the very first day in how active and energetic I was. One thing I noticed as I had changed my eating habits and it helps suppress my appetite and feel alive. I just turned 69 years old last month and this product will be with my regime daily. I am glad I bought three bottles. BIO X4 has helped put a new lease on my life. Thanks, guys!

I saw their ad on Facebook and tried it. It worked for me, so I shared with my family, and it is working for them too. Thank you. We have easy times with digestion and less blotting. Also, I have seen a change in my blood pressure, and my diabetes is currently under control.

I learned about this supplement from the presentation on Facebook. Then, I researched further and decided to try. I have been using BIO X4 for about a month. My goal has been to lose that stubborn 10-15 pounds gained during the holidays by Spring and increase metabolism and energy level.

I’m pleased with results so far. Although my weight loss is not rapid, I see the progress. My cravings for sweets, snacks and late evening trips to the refrigerator diminished dramatically. I eat much smaller portions at lunch and dinner without feeling deprived or hungry. I don’t crave starch as much as I used to. Overall, I eat less and feel full longer. I noticed more energy, my vision is a little sharper, and hearing and all other senses are better as well. This was an unexpected additional benefit. Seems like, BIO 4X somewhat enhancing body functioning in many areas.

This product delivers what was promised and more. I don’t have any side effects. I will buy again.

I have been using BIO X4 faithfully now for 3-4 months. I understand that supplements of this kind take a while before one begins to see results and also that when starting a new regimen with promises of change, there can be a placebo effect in which one "thinks" there is change without proof of change. That being said, I endorse the concept of 4 compounds together being used for a cumulative effect - weight loss. I have noticed appetite suppression, which was one of my goals. I have had minimal weight loss though at 4 pounds over 3-4 months. Granted it took me 60+ years to gain the weight I have, I was still hoping for more substantial weight loss. As for the other effects, they are difficult to measure, and I have to just accept that they are happening. I also take medicine (metformin) for noninsulin dependent diabetes which also has a similar effect.

I will continue to take BIO X4 until my current supply runs out, but if I don't notice any more changes, I shall not renew. Bottom line - I have not decided if I would recommend this to a friend or not.

My husband and I started Nucific BIO X4 two months ago. Before we were sluggish and could eat the whole fridge in one night. Now we have more energy, better stomach health, and we have lost weight.

I am post menopause. I work out 3 to 5 times per week; cardio and weight training. I eat clean, but cheat a couple of times on weekends. However, I still craved food after dinner. Using BIO X4, as directed, has taken the edge off of my cravings for sweet potato chips, guacamole; clean, yes, but not good for me at 8 pm! My waist is becoming trimmer!

I used this product for 60 days, and gas and indigestion reduced over time. Hunger reduced to a level that I never experienced before.

BMI has gone down, and also weight loss of 6 lbs over this period.

Shortly before subscribing to BIO X4, I was advised from a recent visit to the doctor's office, that there was evidence of a previous fracture of my shoulder and I was put on pain medication.

At this time I had begun taking the BIO X4 and noticed my activities were slowly becoming noticeably heightened in spite of the pain from the fracture.

More changes continued to appear; I began to feel invigorated, appetite changed, outlook changed, in spite of the pain from my shoulder fracture. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why the changes are still happening! It's the BIO X4!

I have found this to be the best probiotic so far. I used to take a probiotic plus digestive enzyme, and now it is just one pill. I suffered for years with candida albicans and with BIO X4 I actually saw myself eliminate the candida shells!
