I have had good luck with BIO X4. It’s helped me from getting hungry between meals. I have no sweet cravings anymore. I’ve been using it for almost 2 months now. I've lost 22 lbs. 18 more to go! I also follow Dr. Lee’s nutritional advice through her newsletters. I feel better than I have in a long time. All the joint pain is gone. I highly recommend it.

I've been taking Bio X4 for a week now and have noticed a few differences. I feel like I am better able to focus at work. I've been sleeping more soundly and vividly dreaming. I've noticed a decrease in bloating. I haven't noticed an increase in bowel movements, but I have noticed an increase in the need to urinate. (Likely due to drinking water with each pill as recommended.) I have lost a few pounds. I'm about 5'2" and started at around 150 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 145. I don't exercise and most of the day I am sitting at my desk. For breakfast I have been eating a couple of hard boiled eggs and fruit. Sometimes a breakfast sandwich instead. I have been cutting back on fast food by eating Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers at lunch and a healthy snack of fruit or nuts as needed until dinner. Portion control really is key in losing weight. When you get your pills in the mail, there is a number they urge you to call. You'll hear a few tips about taking the supplement. One of which is to stop eating when you think you are 80% full BECAUSE your brain doesn't really keep up with your stomach as you eat. I love that tip - I had no idea there was a delay. So far so good with these supplements. I'll try to pop back on here with updates from time to time for you.

At first, I was impressed by the video by Dr. Amy Lee (although a bit long). I believed in her conviction of the product. Up to the video things looked pretty legitimate, but once the selling started it was obvious it's a scam.

The website prompts you multiple times about how in demand the product is, how the product can be sold out any minute, how you should buy in bulk to have it before it's all sold out, to buy more to save money. A legitimate company with a desired product does not have to resort to these kinds of sales tactics in order to sell.

If the product was truly as good as they claimed it was, it would be sold out and they wouldn't keep trying to sell it to you. When I thought about buying I was on their check out page. There are 3 parts to their check out page: 1. billing info 2. checkout 3. confirmation

When I was on page 2 they kept prompting me are you sure you want to checkout? are you sure you don't want to buy more, like 3 times. When I saw that, I felt uneasy with the company and product. So I closed the window and did not confirm the order.

And what do you think happened?

They went ahead with the order and sent it to me anyways. I had to call their customer service and demand a full refund.

At first, they wanted me to pay for return shipping. So I asked for the supervisor and after being on a brief hold the original person on the phone came back on and said they'll just give me a full refund. They didn't even want their product back. If their product is really worth $99 retail and is being sold out all over the place wouldn't they want their product returned?

Nucific is just another diet pill scam. They've gotten sophisticated with their marketing video. I feel shame for so called Dr. Amy Lee hawking these things with her medical degree. (If she's even a real Dr., I don't know)

I bought it for weight control, but it has changed my life in regards to chronic ulcerative colitis. I have been taking meds for many years in regards to the above problem. I am off all meds for this now. This is fantastic. Ordering more now.

I have used many probiotics in my life. None come anywhere close to the quality of this product. It immediately stopped my bad bowel movements and created a normal, firm and long bowel movement. My body feels better, and I feel like I have the right fauna in my system. I'll be ordering this product as long as it stays good like it is now.

Finishing my fourth month of taking BIO X4, I recommend it highly. When I talk about it to my friends I say "probiotics and enzymes; you can't go wrong." I am nearly 60 and I feel 39 again! Although I haven't lost more than 10 lbs, my energy level and mental clarity is amazing!

I enjoy using Nucific BIO X4 because it makes me feel like my body is functioning the way it should. The informational news letters are actually really informative and helpful, not to mention motivational to continue using this product and eat healthy. I wasn't looking to lose weight when I ordered this product. I wasn't out of my normal weight bracket. I wanted digestive help so I wouldn't feel bloated or have cravings for things I knew I didn't want to put in my body and this supplement did that for me. Not to mention I did shed a few unneeded pounds. Thanks Nucific! I continue to be a loyal customer and have recommended this product to many friends.

My mom got it for me and I lost 10 lbs in two weeks. Forgot I was taking it. And I only take one in the morning. I have gastroparesis​ so I have a hard time digesting and get bloated really easily. It helps me digest with out my prescription meds which have horrible side effects. I am on 112 mcg of lexothyroxine for my thyroid and get ravenous. I gained 50 lbs since taking the higher dose. So it helps my digestion and helps my appetite where I don't obsess about food all the time and don't feel hungry all the time. I love this product.

I have taken the product for about 2 weeks. With each day I have become more and nauseated until finally full-blown vomiting for hours. I called customer service and they recommended I try it longer. Not happening.

I've stuck with this product for several months. Tried to get a refund but was told to double my dosage and see if that helps. They've victimized me with the 90-day refund and I'm considering small claims. This appears to be a scam and although as said, I continue to take 3 per day and it hasn't done anything.
