I fought thrush for years and had no idea why. Everything prescription the doctor gave me never worked or didn't work for long to keep it from coming back. I found out that I have lupus and autoimmune disorder and that thrush is a part of that. I ordered Bio X4 to try because, well, why not? I had tried everything else. It has changed my life. My thrush no longer comes back. I can taste my food and beverages again. I battled thrush for five years and had just about given up hope. Bio X4 gave me hope again.

I have been taking BioX4 for almost 3 months now and I will admit, I feel great. At first I did have discomfort in my lower belly, but after about a month it was gone and I was able to start using the bathroom regularly (I figured it was my body telling me it was trying to get back on track).

Even though I am happy with the higher energy and craving less of the bad stuff, I am disappointed that I have experienced no weight loss. I started exercising regularly (walking at least 5 miles and doing cardio sculpting at least 3 times a week), but for some reason the numbers on the scale are actually increasing. It may just be my body, I do not know.

That is why I did not give this 5 stars, I was really hoping to lose at least SOME weight.

When I started Bio X4 early in April, I was drinking 7-12 cans of Pepsi (made with sugar) daily, and I weighed over 285 pounds. I stopped drinking Pepsi, and stopped eating any sugar, and it was easy. In fact, I have never looked back. I have been living on 1000-1200 calories daily, with no hunger issues -- I literally eat by the clock, meaning, come 1:00-2:00, I remind myself to eat lunch, because I know I should eat, not because I am craving/starving/going nuts. I now weigh under 240 pounds (about 3 months after starting Bio X4). I need to get below 220, before my pain usually goes away. I am very happy with Bio X4.

Hi, I'm a person who has been battling weight gain and loss for years ever since my early days in High School. I have lost and gained a combined weight of over 500 lbs. over the years.

As a gastric by-pass patient who topped out at a whooping 412 lbs., I know a thing or two about gaining and loosing weight. I lost over 250 lbs. in a single year.

That is part of the success story but not the total story. I started gaining weight back because I went back to my old ways of sitting on the couch not eating properly and just overeating. I have gained back from 187 lbs. to 273 which is where started the BIO X4. I'm proud to say that I'm now down to 250 lbs even. This is my short term goal. My long term is 200 lbs.

I have followed Dr. Lee's instructions to the T. 30 min a day of walking every day, 7 days a week except when it's en-claimant weather. I have gone to a non gluten diet which mainly means no wheat there is plenty of non-gluten substitutes that are fantastic. I only drink water and my Joint Juice and I take my BIO X4 with 16 oz bottle of water before each meal, that's it. Oh and no yogurt, as if that was ever going to be an issue.

My Gastric by-pass which was done over 9 years ago was still a new procedure called the Fobi Pouch, it helped but was not a permanent fix, merely a tool to assist my desire to achieve my goal. But now I am using Bio X4 to help achieve my further goals.

Dr. Lee has given me instructions on what to do and I have done them and have gained positive results from it. If it were not so, I would definitely be telling you that story as well because I fell victim to that side of the story. I do not believe in dieting to loose weight. I believe any crash diet and weight loss would only result in much more weight gains and defeat the purpose to begin with. That was proven by me several times through out my life thus far. I want to be able to eat things I like, but I also want something that is natural with no side effects to my body and my medications.

I have been taking Bio X4 the last 10 weeks now and slowly I feel my body is getting tighter and I am loosing fats and weight. I did not go hungry, I did not loose any energy, I sleep better and although I am a super regular person, I feel even more regular now.

I have brought my Bio X4 bottle to my primary care to check to make sure that it would not effect my health nor the medications I am taking currently. He told me if it is working, he does not see any harm nor side effect from taking the Bio X4.

I am half a pound away from my short term goal. I have since shared my discovery with my friends and my Facebook friends. I think if things proceed forward as they are currently, I would be able to reach my long term weight goal slowly and naturally. I highly recommend Bio X4 to anyone who has hit a plateau in their weight loss goal. From 2014 to 2015 I was taking care of both my elderly parents. The whole time I was there I was having serious bowel troubles. I couldn't eat without having to run to the bathroom afterwards. I have always had stomach problems. I decided to try Bio X4 and I'm so glad I did. While taking Bio X4 I became regular for the first time in my life. No more constipation. My stomach did not get upset after eating and heartburn disappeared. Also I had to take some very strong antibiotics which usually resulted in a yeast infection. But not this time! Bio X4 kept me free from that misery. I will keep taking this product. It really works for me.

Love the product! Ordered in a skeptical frame of mind. Just another weight loss product, guaranteed to help you lose weight, gain more energy, feel better, etc.

But much to my pleasant surprise, Dr. Lee delivered on all counts! In two months I have lost 25 pounds. I do feel better, I have lost weight, I do have better energy, and while getting from 265 pounds to around 200 has always been a goal, with BIO-X4 I actually feel like I CAN get there!

This is not magic bullet, I did make some lifestyle changes, but the HUGE benefit to BIO-X4 is that I am loosing weight without feeling "starved". I stay satiated much, much longer and the hunger pains and cravings just aren't there as often as they would be with most other weight loss regiments. I was skeptical going in, but am now a believer and will continue to use BIO-X4.
