I have taken many different probiotics in the past. I have had the best results with BIO X4. It does take that the two-month adjustment period in the beginning to get the full results. I always had issues with dairy and wheat, but with BIO X4 I can eat them daily. This is a great product, and I would highly recommend it.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1999 (at the age of 59). After having the prostate removed and undergoing radiation treatment I was incontinent with both urinary and bowel issues.
