This is the worst customer service ever. They stole from me! Two months ago I ordered a product that I never received, and I didn't get a refund.

Be careful, the nice reviews seem to be fakes!

Piping Rock is nothing but a scam.

They don't track deliveries and will take your money (offering no refunds). My item was "lost in shipping." A bald-faced lie.

I am pretty sure that they only sell placebos instead of any actual products they promise.

This company, whose main address is registered in the United States, offers different products which are supposedly sent to other countries. Once your credit card is charged, you get a message stating that the products might take 4 weeks to get home. However, at the end, they will tell you that the products were shipped by anonymous DHL, which then turns your package to the government customs office, which is completely false. In fact, there is no proof that they truly sent your package and there is no way to track it once it supposedly "arrived to your home country." Piping Rock's policies grant the customer no right to complain or get a refund as "it's your country's customs office fault that the package is lost." Piping Rock is protected by Google, Facebook and many other websites which continue to show advertirsements disregarding the fact that the company allows no transparency and does not respond to the law of any country. This is a massive scam and a massive fraud. I'm from Mexico.

This is the worst company I ever tried to make a deal with. They charged my credit card for the total amount in July 2018 and I have been looking forward to and waiting for the order to arrive, and after five emails (complaining about the delay) and receiving alway the self-generated answer:

"Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your purchase, we are glad that you have chosen our products to explore your daily dietary supplements.

I understand that you would like to know the status of Order ID: F77G11M8. I will look into this for you.

As per our records, your order has reached your country August 3, 2018, at 12:54 PM MEXICO AEREO, MX and it is currently awaiting customs clearance."

Finally, they send me an email telling me that the product is coming back to their warehouse and that I have to wait for another 6 or 8 weeks for them to reimburse me the 80% of my money (company policy).

It is a scam, don't fall for it.

I did receive my oils but they were of no use. They had such a horrible smell although they should've had a lovely scent.

They were supposed to originate from America but came from Germany, so who knows who sent them.

A waste of money. Don't go near them.

I ordered goods from what I believed to be a company based in England as it was advertised as Piping Rock UK (which it is not), it has a union jack on the web page to make it look even more like you are trading with a British firm. In my order arriving, I was left a card from the Post Office stating I needed to pay an extra £14.83 for customs charges and handling fee from the Post Office. I had paid a shipping charge on my order so did not expect to pay anything else. In emailing Piping Rock, they offered no defense for this deception. In checking feedback for this company, I found lots of complaints on this issue. I will not be re-ordering from them, and I would not recommend them.

Not to be recommended. Seems to be more than just nonsense. They don't even know how to declare their own products for/at customs. Just crap they're selling. Save your money and get some real fruit and veggies!

Everything was fine before my next order. The package is not delivered. Three months have passed since the order. The company refuses to return the money. I do not recommend buying here!

My first order was canceled without my knowledge.

My second order was undelivered, the refund was said to be transferred to my bank account, but I did not see any transaction of transfer with the same amount or description of refund.

My third order is again undelivered and saying it is lost in transit and they cannot offer a refund for lost orders. The last response I got from their customer service goes like this...

"I have checked the tracking status of your order and I could see that your order is undeliverable and after which there is no update from customs end.

As you've chosen DHL your package will undergo less inspection and will be subject to fewer duties through customs. However, this option does not include tracking information and generally takes longer before being delivered. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped via Airmail that are lost.

It looks like your order is lost in transit. Unfortunately we're unable to arrange for a replacement (or) process refund at this time, please accept our sincere apologize."

This is totally disappointing and a waste of money. I believe this site is a fraud.

I ordered some supplements from this website. It's almost three months is going to finish but until now I didn't get my order. They have taken money from my account, but simply they are saying the order has not yet reached and they are not responsible for this...

Of course, they are purely responsible for the orders until it reaches the customer, but they are saying some silly reason for their fraud service...

We can't complaint also, but we can report to Google to stop their service...

They are not worthy to sell all over the world, they are doing fraudulent things in the name of DHL service. I checked with DHL and they said most of the customer complaints are about the same issue against Piping Rock, it's a total fraud company like this, they said...

So please be aware of this company, before going to order you should check the company reviews from Google, then order. Please don't waste your money...

The estimated delivery for a product was 1-2 weeks, it has now been 4 weeks and still no sign of the product. To top it all off, the customer service is beyond poor, and have nothing to say besides "keep waiting it's on the way." I ordered early November to avoid the Christmas rush, who knows how long it would take if you ordered in December. I would not recommend using this company if you need anything to arrive within a month.
