I made my order two months ago and according to them, items were lost. They don't want to refund my money because according to them, that’s their policy. This company is FRAUD! Don't buy! THIEVES!

I am based in the UK and I have recently searched for some probiotics, got a good deal with Piping Rock and made a purchase online. Prices were in British pounds and there was no indication my items would have been shipped from the US. Nor was there a mention to the fact that I might have incurred in customs taxes, once I entered my address in the UK. A few weeks later I was asked to pay almost the entire price of my order again to cover for customs duty. Got in touch with Piping Rock and was told there was nothing they could do for me but for a partial refund if I wanted to send the items back. Plus, they refuse to provide me with the contact of the customer service manager. All in all, this was an awful experience and Piping Rock has obviously demonstrated to have a misleading and not transparent online shopping system, well designed to trick non-US customers. Never again with Piping Rock!

Do not order from them. Big scam, never received my items. Big fault. Don't fall like I did. Don't order anything from them. Big liers. Thieves. Don't be stupid and order from them. You will never receive your order and you will lose your money.

Don't buy anything if you are from Argentina. It says that they send you the merchant to this country but it does not pass the Argentina Customs.

So DON'T BUY, the page it does not says this, it only says that it sends you to 160 countries (misleading information). Yes, I can send you also to all countries from the world but if it cannot pass the custom, for what?

Shocking company. The website is extremely misleading. It gives the impression it is a UK based company. It has a union jack on the top and priced in GBP. It was only when I recieved an email a week later that it informed me my delivery dates spanned over a month!

Turns out the company is based in the US.

They have refused to refund my order.

Did not received my order and no response from their customer service! I send them an email several times asking my items status but it's just an automatic response email. You guys are thieves!

This company is infamous for taking orders/money yet never sending the goods. Best to avoid them. I had that experience and found their customer service department to be dishonest and rude. There are other companies that are a little more expensive but have excellent service and can be trusted. I would advise avoiding this company.

I never received my order since three months back. They are liars.

I hate their email on my Inbox. Their answer to that is your item is in your country customs! Lol, so what?! Is it your or my system? VERY BAD FRAUD company. Within three months my items could turn around the whole world.

I ordered and paid on February 13, 2019, it was shipped February 15, 2019, and today the order is nowhere to be found. DHL, which Piping Rock claimed had the order since the 19th of February 2019, has advised me that they have no order in their hands whatsoever. Piping Rock refuses to give me proof that they handed to DHL like they are saying because they don't give tracking numbers! They are scam artists and thieves and are playing you, in the beginning saying that DHL just got delayed and please wait. After I confronted them, they just answer with the same plain email that is just, vague, and repetetive...

Stay away, don't get taken by these scam artists.

I really wanted this product to work; actually I really needed this product to work. I bought two bottles and gave it a perfect and valiant try. When I realized it was, sadly, not working at all, I called their Customer Service Depart to obtain a refund since they do state a very kind and generous Refund Policy. I returned both bottles as required and did not use the last few remaining pills (as they require "at least 5" left to be returned). I did return several more than 5, but left them in one bottle instead of "dividing them into each bottle." Well, just shockingly, they took this opportunity to keep half of my refund.

What Company would rather keep $12 and pass ill-will, than to refund and keep a happy and satisfied customer?
