Don't count on getting what you ordered!

I have placed three orders with Piping Rock. Two of them have contained the wrong items. I contacted the company, and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Ordering from Piping Rock is a lottery.

Avoid this company or lose money

I live in the United Kingdom and placed an order with Piping Rock. The first order was fine, but I have still have not received the second order (two months later). I’ve have emailed Piping Rock multiple times and they will not refund me and are now suggesting I contact customs to establish where my parcel is, or what the problem is using my receipt! Now having read multiple bad feedbacks on this company, I note that they are fully aware of the problem, international buyers have had and have been fobbing me off.

Numerous unsuspecting customers have become victims of Piping Rock whose customer service is basically not existent once they have your money. This company is obviously experienced at ripping off unsuspecting international clients. When you say you haven’t received the order and ask for a refund, you are sent a link to their terms and conditions instead of attempting to resolve your issue by contacting customs.

They also keep advising me to wait longer and I’ve been waiting for two months! I now note that this company has a shocking feedback rate, which I wish I had seen before I ordered from them. This is possibly the worst customer service I have experienced from a US company. I order regularly from US companies and they are great, but not this awful setup.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst customer service ever

This is the worst customer service ever. They stole from me! Two months ago I ordered a product that I never received, and I didn't get a refund.

Be careful, the nice reviews seem to be fakes!

Awful

Not to be recommended. Seems to be more than just nonsense. They don't even know how to declare their own products for/at customs. Just crap they're selling. Save your money and get some real fruit and veggies!

Very bad experience 3 times in a row

My first order was canceled without my knowledge.

My second order was undelivered, the refund was said to be transferred to my bank account, but I did not see any transaction of transfer with the same amount or description of refund.

My third order is again undelivered and saying it is lost in transit and they cannot offer a refund for lost orders. The last response I got from their customer service goes like this...

"I have checked the tracking status of your order and I could see that your order is undeliverable and after which there is no update from customs end.

As you've chosen DHL your package will undergo less inspection and will be subject to fewer duties through customs. However, this option does not include tracking information and generally takes longer before being delivered. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped via Airmail that are lost.

It looks like your order is lost in transit. Unfortunately we're unable to arrange for a replacement (or) process refund at this time, please accept our sincere apologize."

This is totally disappointing and a waste of money. I believe this site is a fraud.

Scammers

Scammers, very bad people, DO NOT USE. I placed an order of which they first denied I had placed until I sent them the order number and proof of payment. I was told was a computer glitch and my order was with UK customs, over three months later I've still not received anything. And they are refusing to do anything about it, blaming the courier, yet they told me the parcel was already in the country. I regularly have ordered from China and have never had an issue. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order with these scum, money wasted. These people are stealing for a living! BE WARNED.

Unfair online shopping setting for non-US customers

I am based in the UK and I have recently searched for some probiotics, got a good deal with Piping Rock and made a purchase online. Prices were in British pounds and there was no indication my items would have been shipped from the US. Nor was there a mention to the fact that I might have incurred in customs taxes, once I entered my address in the UK. A few weeks later I was asked to pay almost the entire price of my order again to cover for customs duty. Got in touch with Piping Rock and was told there was nothing they could do for me but for a partial refund if I wanted to send the items back. Plus, they refuse to provide me with the contact of the customer service manager. All in all, this was an awful experience and Piping Rock has obviously demonstrated to have a misleading and not transparent online shopping system, well designed to trick non-US customers. Never again with Piping Rock!

Piping Rock is the worst scam company ever!

Horrible company, the worst ever. I wish I never ordered from them! They left orders off shipping list/packing list, they overcharged me, did not send items, bait and switch items, items are not there that I paid for, and there is human blood all inside of the box! Some bad person tried to ship and cut themselves and the blood is everywhere! Everything was wrong on this order!

We had to call twice to speak to two different people, they don't want to do anything to fix it, they are very rude and an extremely irresponsible company. I will never order with them again. And I wanted to speed everything up and tried one time to not order on Amazon and this is what I get! Do not order with this company - they are horrible! Human blood in the box? Really? Horrible! They don't even care! Over $450 order down the drain!

Poor customer service to loyal customer

I was a loyal customer of Piping Rock for about 5 years. Their products were satisfactory, however, recently they shipped my order to the incorrect address. I requested they either refund my money or reship the order to the correct address. They told me they have the tracking information and that the product was delivered. They subsequently stated they would not refund my money or resend the product to the correct address. The tracking information was completely irrelevant as they sent the product to an incorrect address. I will never purchase another product from Piping Rock.

Yikes glaring gap in customer service

I have ordered here several times before. Their products appear to have some efficacy and are priced competitively. My most recent order, however, has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. My mistake was a simple one; my old billing address populated the billing address for my credit card. Piping Rock rejected my order but the charge still showed up as a hold on my credit card for over a week. When it first happened I immediately try to correct the issue, which didn't work, used live chat and subsequently called. When it was clear that I could not receive my order I asked for them to release the hold on my credit card. It never happened and finally a week later after contacting my credit card company the charge was released. I've never experienced this level of difficulty with online shopping in many years. Did not receive an order and to have my funds held up with little help from customer service convinced me to cancel my account and do business elsewhere.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Do not trust

ORDER #: F77GRR7G CUSTOMER ID: 2114001 SHIP DATE: 08/28/2019 SHIPPED METHOD: Airmail ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Estimated Delivery In 1-3 weeks.

I still have not received this order 6 weeks after it was shipped and their customer response team claims I will receive it within 10 weeks and that they have no way to track the order. So I asked for a refund and they can wait 10 weeks to receive their products back and I will have no way to track their return. Of course NO REFUND.

SCAM?

This company needs to be shut down. They mislead their customers, and take no accountability for their actions. I can only hope that at some point they will not be able to conduct business in this manner.
