I’m a brand new kitty owner of two precious kittens. I discovered PrettyLitter through an ad on Facebook and decided to try it as I was dissatisfied with all of the other natural litters I tried. This stuff is AMAZING. It lasts for weeks, no odor in my house and it is so easy to clean, which I do twice a day because I’m crazy like that, though it is not necessary. I’m thrilled with the ease of delivery, and the customer service is outstanding.

We purchased our first home after moving to the States two years ago. Richmond, Virginia is where we live. We have a cat named Charlie. We have bought many kitty litters, thinking it would be the one that works. None did. When we ordered PrettyLitter, we had no idea how it would be and has turned out to be a miracle! It does indeed live up to every single thing said about this litter. No odor, no mess, light as a feather, only need to scoop the poop! We finally found the perfect litter.

We have a two-cat household and needed to adjust our timelines a little on our subscription, and customer service made it so easy, plus got me the next batch on the way asap. This litter is phenomenal, and the customer service is amazing.

I really love PrettyLitter. I will admit there are some downsides - it's a little bit pricey, and it does tend to smell a little bit weird after a while. HOWEVER, it is the best kitty litter on the planet. I love the fact that it absorbs urine, and my kitty likes to kick and dig at his litter box - he needs a place to go. It's also nice that it isn't super dusty, and it actually does keep the scent down to a minimum with feces. I also really enjoy the fact that I don't have to clean the litter box nearly as often, and that's far cleaner than anything else I have used. It's also much lighter. It's really fantastic.

By far the best cat litter I have ever used! A friend of mine recommended it, and I was a bit skeptical at first because of the cost, but it is SO worth it.

Regular cat litter clumps and the pee sticks to the pan and you have to use force to get it up. The smell is awful if you don't clean every day (and the litter boxes are in my office so I clean them as often as I can).

I only started using PrettyLitter a few weeks ago and "wow" is all I have to say. Scooping the poop has never been so easy! It never sticks. You never have to refill. It never smells. Since I started using it a few weeks after I got it, I wrote to see if I could have my next delivery delayed, which I figured was too late (which it was), but I got a response back immediately letting me know they can skip the next months. I personally am in sales and customer service and truly value this level of attention and service. Highly recommend this litter and company!

On another note, I just had to put one of my cats down last weekend due to kidney failure. I'm thinking if I had this litter earlier, it would have detected it sooner and she might have been able to get treatments sooner before it was too late. Hoping this will help my other three cats!

I had to give up my barn cat to my son when I sold my farm to move in with my mom who is battling cancer. My son took in my sweet Fluff who has very few teeth. She turned into a house cat at his house but because she eats wet food she has very odious urine and poop. My son was really struggling with the nasty litter box when I discovered PrettyLitter. He told me it was a game changer for him and Fluff is secure in her new home. The really amazing thing is it alerted him to his old kitty's urinary infection, so she went to the vet before she got too sick.

I have back problems and not having to scoop the litter pan every day means less pain for me.

I have no odor in my house. A neighbor stopped over and said she never smelled “cat.”

I like that you can flush the solids

I had just purchased my first month of PrettyLitter. Two of my cats starting using it, when I noticed the litter was turning blue. So I watched to see who it was.

I soon found that my 18-year-old Emma was turning the litter blue. I brought her to the vet and found that she is having kidney failure. We wouldn't have known if it wasn't for the PrettyLitter. It is a lifesaver, and I am so glad to be able to keep tabs on my cat's health.

I placed an order and chose to cancel 20 minutes after I couldn't find the exact ingredients and.

I spoke to someone in customer service and asked to cancel my order. I was informed I received a shipping update already but upon inspection of it (while on the phone), there wasn’t a tracking number or any info on the FedEx site, so obviously, the litter didn’t ship yet.

He said he’d contact shipping to try to cancel it and I’d get a response via email as to whether or not he could do so. Well, surprise, I never got an email and now (5 hours later) I see the tracking is updated with a label, tracking number and an ETA.

The kicker? He said I’d have to pay return shipping if I wanted to return it, so I’ll be refusing the delivery. No one likes to be misled/lied to by customer service.

So yes, customer service sucks as expressed by many other customers, and that's the most important part of a company, how they treat customers AFTER they purchase. I am hoping I don't have to cancel my credit card to avoid being ripped off.

I have not even been able to try PrettyLitter and I already have a bad taste in my mouth. When I clicked place order I realized my address was wrong. So within 5 minutes, I had sent an email to them to correct it on a Saturday. I never received any type of response until Tuesday afternoon, stating I had to call and get it fixed myself. Well that might be easy enough except I never received a shipping confirmation. So I had to call customer service to get this and when I put the tracking ID in, it hasn’t even left. Information was only sent at 5:08 pm on Monday. This is ridiculous considering I sent a total of three emails before they sent this information. Even if it had already shipped, I would hope a nice customer service group would do anything in their power to help and call FedEx themselves.

I have had cats of my own for 39 years, all indoor so I know a little bit about cats and cat litters. PrettyLitter delivers what it says it does. Have I used all the litters out there, no, but I have used multiple different brands and types. I also have multiple cats that all use the same boxes.

A few suggestions to those who have multiple cats, when scraping rather than mix the urine back in, scoop as much as you can out, it seems to work better for me. Now, I have 7 cats and they all prefer one box, even though they have multiple boxes, which makes for a lot of urine and poop, my only complaint is, I need larger bags, maybe 8-10 lbs. I do wear a mask as there is some dust and I am sensitive to dust. Great product, give it a try.
