Gundry MD ProPlant Complete Shake Reviews

I just began using the ProPlant shake by Dr. Gundry. I cannot emphasize enough how great I felt immediately:

My digestion was 100% better in terms of regularity.

I felt more energy and much less tired.

The taste and consistency are wonderful, and I mixed in berries and spinach and bananas and it was delicious.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Gundry’s product.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have not noticed much of a difference in energy or other wellness results with this shake, but I'm not finished with the container.

Five days a week I have a shake for breakfast. I usually get plain flavored shakes because I like to add blueberries, ground flax seeds, and chia seeds to my morning shakes. I'm pretty finicky about chocolate flavors. The chocolate flavor of this shake is okay, but not as enjoyable as the other plain flavored shakes I usually purchase. Does it come in any other flavor besides chocolate?

I wish I could say that the healthy benefits of the shake were more beneficial than my other shakes, but I truly can't at this time. Maybe by the time I finish the container, I'll notice a change. I do believe the ingredients are very good though.

I'm undecided at this time about whether I would recommend this product to a friend, but since the choices are yes and no, I'm going to have to honestly choose no at this time or at least have a caveat in my recommendation that I'm not fond of the flavor.

I have only been using the ProPlant Shake for a few weeks, and don't take it daily, however, I enjoy the flavor and find it to be a great meal replacement when in a hurry or just want to keep my calorie intake to a minimum. I am vegan so I also enjoy the benefit of adding some protein to my day...usually before a workout. I have been adding the PreBiothrive to my shake and it makes the shake a bit thicker and is a great way to take my PreBiothrive! Thanks, Dr. Gundry, for all the great products! I have noticed a big difference in my overall health and energy levels since I started taking your products and avoiding lectins as much as possible! I bought several canisters and gave one to each of my daughters!

ProPlant Complete shake is my first product from Dr. Gundry. Usually, I substitute breakfast with it. It is fulfilling and satisfying. I work in the hospital and not always have time to sit down and eat. Depending on availability I add banana or 1/2 of avocado to my shake and I can last until lunch without feeling hungry. On my day off I take shake with me and have it after working out or swimming class.

I have been vegetarian/vegan for 8 years. I am using ProPlant shakes for my lunch every other day.

I am mixing the powder with coconut water in a shaker cup. It is convenient, easy, and tastes great! I am continuing to get leaner and stronger and am 11lbs from my target weight. I expect to be there by Memorial Day.

Mixed my first shake according to directions. It very quickly thickened to a consistency somewhere between pudding and snot! Although the taste was nice, the texture was repulsive.

Myself and my husband started on ProPlant four weeks ago, between us we have lost 8 kg plus inches. The best thing we have noticed is how satisfied our hunger has become, no food cravings, never hungry and really easy to turn food away. I am very proud of how well Geoff is doing on ProPlant and he enjoys it and his belly is shrinking. So all I can say is don’t think about it, just do it, we are both very happy we did. I like the ProPlant chocolate shakes for breakfast; they are very filling. I have a shake at about 8 am and I'm not hungry until 12:30 or 1 pm. I am never hungry later in the morning or looking for snacks.

I have only mixed this shake in a blender bottle so far. It tastes ok but the consistency is just very very thick. I will probably try it in a blender to see if it helps with the thickness. Probably will not purchase again.

I can honestly say I NEVER purchase anything online. I purchased this product after watching the 45-minute video that popped up on my Instagram feed.

I actually enjoy the shake very much. Flavor was great, texture was a bit thick and hard to get past, but what I don't like is how I am on the toilet after. I start my day with this shake and like clockwork, I'm in the bathroom. I just can't afford the toilet time with this shake. I know it seems small, but I am very on the go and cannot have a shake where I am in the toilet most of the morning. It did not upset my tummy in the least, just really flushed me out.

My wife and I both had the same experience. This product is just not for us.

I really like Dr. Gundry and his research and wanted to like this drink. It is a gelatinous, even stringy mess. I tried many ways of thinning it out to make it into a drink instead of literal gel. The taste was fine, but you won't be able to get it down. I was afraid to pour it down my sink for fear of it clogging it up.
