When my husband and I were blessed with a second pregnancy only months after the birth of our daughter, we realized that we would need to upgrade our 2-bedroom house sooner rather than later.

Having bought our house only three short years before, the memory of the home-buying process was still fresh. I dreaded doing it again. We had gone with a local lender who was associated with our real estate company. The loan process was stressful and, over those few years, our loan had been sold and resold time and time again causing us to have to set up a new account after new account.

I had seen commercials for Rocket Mortgage on TV and decided to reach out to them when we had finally found the home we wanted to raise our daughters in. Our mortgage broker promised that the process would be as easy as buying a car. I didn’t believe him fully at the time, but he ended up being right. Everything was done through an online portal so we could take care of uploading and signing documents on our own time as opposed to having to go to an office somewhere. The loan processor was friendly and supportive and was with us every step of the way.

While the home buying process is not without stress, Quicken made it as easy and stress-free as possible. I am so glad we decided to use Quicken for our home purchase.

Very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions efficiently and courteously. Of course I had my doubts, but like they explained, they will not loan you money that you can’t afford to pay back.

They never pushed me, let me make up my own mind, which I greatly appreciated.

I even had a choice to where I wanted to sign the final documents, which made it so much easier.

Refinancing with Rocket Mortgage is pretty much all online, which is sooooooooo easy! But it is easy to talk to real people too, if necessary, who are extremely nice, efficient, and customer oriented. It is fast, easy, and efficient!

Our loan specialist was extremely helpful. Was very patient and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Walked us through the process and cleared all of our anxieties about buying a home. My husband and I both work and required after-hours assistance as opposed to going into a traditional mortgage lender. The ability to complete the entire process after hours with the exception of closing was a great plus for us. Thank you Rocket!

From start to finish, Rocket Mortgage was wonderful to work with. My husband made the soft inquiry about refinancing, gave them the terms he would need to do the loan, and they worked everything out. The process was easy, and everything was done online. An appraiser was sent to our house, and our house was appraised for just about what we expected. We got the interest rate we wanted, and negotiated the closing costs. Once approved, an agent came to our house one night after work, and we signed the paperwork. Voila! That was it! I fell in love with the house the first time I saw the listing - now I am living in it and can't believe how easy the process was. Working with Rocket Mortgage could not have been easier or more efficient. I was a little hesitant as this is my first mortgage on my own after a divorce, but they made it pretty effortless. I was amazed at how quickly they answered my questions and that they were able to move my closing date to an earlier date as well! I loved working with them and would do it again, except I am never moving again.

First time using an online mortgage company. This was a great experience. Very easy to contact people, submit documents, and see how our loan process was moving forward. Loved that I could do this at any time of the day to fit my schedule. Will definitely use Quicken/Rocket Mortgage again if we buy another home in the future. Working with Quicken was great! As a first time home buyer, they made the process extremely easy. We worked with Ben Belloli and he was super helpful and responsive. When we ran into an issue at closing, Ben was there with immediate help. Also, it is so nice to have the online program to see what items we still need to complete.
