Very courteous, attentive, encouraging, non-stressful and wonderful experience. We were kept up to date throughout whole entire loan experience and are extremely grateful getting approved for refinancing. All of the representatives that contacted me and my husband both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented and very helpful.

We can say the one thing that was a little unpleasant is when there was a mix-up in scheduling with the correct notary to sign all of our loan documents. We already had a scheduled appointment that day with one notary, but then were notified by two more notaries that we still weren't on the schedule and they wanted to schedule with us. After having to make several phone calls to verify we had an appointment scheduled, we did find out that we did have a scheduled appointment but it wasn't with the notary we had been talking to, but we finally received a phone call from a notary that we actually were finally able to meet with that day.

The notary we met up with was very pleasant, professional, courteous and nice to us. We did receive at least ten phone calls that day ranging from other notaries and representatives wanting to schedule with us all within a four-hour time period. We can say though that out of the whole loan process that was the only thing that was a little unpleasant, but we also realized that you all were just trying to get us taken care of, so we rate our overall experience as a 9 out of 10.

I didn't really know what to expect with Rocket Mortgage but the process, from pre-approval to closing on the house, could not have been easier. From the very step, communication with my team was exceptional - all my questions were answered in a very timely manner and each person I interacted with thoroughly explained next steps and who would be in touch with me next and what time frame to expect. There were no hidden fees or amounts drastically different than what was discussed.

My agent, who was initially not thrilled that I was using Quicken, even said she was very impressed with how smoothly this process went and with their responsiveness and sharing of information which made her job easier.

I would highly recommend using Rocket Mortgage to anyone from first-time buyers to the seasoned homeowner.

My experience was beyond pleasurable with Rocket. Everything was so nice and smooth and very little documentation was required. Just a few months ago I tried to refi my house locally only to be told that they most likely wouldn’t be able to accomplish it due to the valuation of the house, yet a mere six months later, it was no problem for Rocket!

Rocket Mortgage was the absolute best process. The whole team at Quicken Loans worked hard to ensure that our mortgage was approved and expedited in a quick and efficient manner. Most important, they always had our best financial interests in mind and did not try to push us through quickly at our expense. The best part was never having to leave our house and working on all of the paperwork from home.

I used the Rocket Mortgage app to apply for a Quicken Loan for a first time purchase of a home. The app makes it incredibly easy to apply and submit documents via phone or computer. I was able to easily communicate with Quicken Loan reps who interacted with me and got me a quick pre-approval letter prior to house shopping. Once I identified a property, I was able to get the loan started with my loan reps. They actually assigned a loan team to process my loan. We communicated via the app message feature and phone. It seemed as if all team members were informed as to what was discussed and what needed to be done for loan approval.

I was able to get approval and get the desired loan terms thanks to the loan team and the assigned banker Roger Ramos. I was really amazed how painless the entire process was and how the personal touch was not lost via the app. Rocket Mortgage and Quicken really hit this one out of the park. I am a customer for life.

They answered all of my questions, took time to explain things, and responded quickly to any concern I had. They were able to save almost $400 a month, and for a single mom of two kids, that is a lot of money.

They were very helpful every step of the way. They kept me informed by email and phone calls to make sure I understood what was happening. If one thing didn't work out, they went to another option and kept the process going. The web page they set up for you to follow along is easy to read and use. They make sure the access is easy too.

When I began looking at refinancing options, I really had no idea that I would qualify for anything. I did the quick quote on the Rocket Mortgage website more as an act of desperation than anything else. In no time I received a phone call and an email saying that Rocket Mortgage could probably help me out. Once I started to actually apply, everyone I spoke with was helpful and patient, and always professional. The process moved along rather quickly, and I was updated every step of the way.
