Besides being competitively priced and substantially cheaper than braces, I chose SmileDirectClub because they offer an in-person consultation. This consultation also uses a 3D Smile Scanner instead of an impression kit. I only need minor adjustments, as I had braces when I was younger. My in-person experience was terrific, Dominique was super helpful and friendly, all my questions were thoroughly answered, and the whole process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend the Leawood/Overland Park, KS location, and I'm excited to start my Smile Journey with SmileDirectClub!

It was an awesome experience. Shoutout to Godwin, he was very engaged in his job, he wanted to help us out, he played some games to interact with the customer, it was amazing. Overall my experience was great. Giovanna had great customer service skills and she was very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and she made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the visit.

I just got back from my first visit today and everything seems to have gone really well, though I did notice that I did not meet with an actual dentist, his name was on top of the scan screen and was definitely not any of the people I met.

Aside from that, I received outstanding customer service, everyone was extremely friendly, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Do not be afraid to ask any questions, they really do know what they are talking about. I had my scan done by Ty, who was very thorough and provided very comprehensive explanations of everything that was going to be in the kit, how to care for the aligners, how to whiten my teeth, etc. Even though Ty is not a dentist I completely trusted her based on her knowledge and professionalism during the treatment.

I also received a free goody bag containing a teeth whitener, a very good quality chapstick, and a bright on blue light whitening tool with a case, I was impressed by the quality of it as well.

I should be receiving the kit in about a month, if it ruins my life I will definitely change my review, but until then, I highly recommend them! Good luck!

What initially drew me to SmileDirectClub was the cost. It is easily a 1/3 of their competitors' cost. I know, they say you get what you pay for, but I’m cheap and decided to give it a try. Then I experienced their customer service. I’m old and have never experienced customer service this good before. Every step, procedure, service, and what to expect is explained in phenomenal detail. I did the home mold kit due to COVID-19. Not bad and again, great instructions. The aligners arrive in the neatest, most efficient packaging I have ever seen. At the end of my initial set of aligners, my top front teeth were not perfect. SmileDirect re-evaluated my teeth and recommended another mold followed by another set of aligners. No additional cost or hassle. They really want your teeth to be perfect. This time around a SmileShop was opened in my area. I highly recommend going to a SmileShop even if it isn’t convenient. The staff in Pittsburgh were very friendly and professional. Chanele did my scan. I could tell she has done that a million times. The scan equipment is way better than doing a mold. Much more accurate and actually a lot easier. The professionalism was top shelf all the way. I couldn’t compliment the whole process enough. I’m confident my smile will be perfect.
