Very friendly. They don’t mind getting your smile right! Also, they will make you smile! The Customer Service was the best part! It an easy process. It takes less than 30 minutes! So don’t think they have to stick you with needles, or whatever.

They were all really nice. They all shared great customer service skills. I'm excited to start my teeth straightening and teeth whitening journey! The girl that did my scan was very informative and not judgemental...I'm pretty insecure about my crooked teeth and coloring. The whole entire time before and after my scan, they would reach out to me or respond in a timely manner to any questions. They were able to move my appointment up for me as well. They sent me home with my teeth whitening kit when I left! I will also be getting a $25 Amazon gift card just for coming in! Also, they knocked off another $150 and my monthly cost is much cheaper! I would totally recommend SmileDirectClub!

I enjoyed this experience a lot. My smile guide was Mishmi and she was lovely. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Mishmi was an excellent conversationalist and made the experience more relaxing. I was at ease throughout my entire stay; I would definitely recommend.

About two weeks ago I had my first appointment for SmileDirectClub in Highland Park, my experience was amazing. I was first happily greeted by Heather at the front desk which made me a little less nervous going into my appointment. Then I was greeted in the waiting room by Lauren the orthodontist. She and Heather then took my boyfriend and I to a room about 5 minutes after. My appointment was at 2 pm, I came a little early and they were able to take care of me right away. Everything was very organized and clean. The environment was very welcoming and friendly, making everything go a lot more smooth and clam. Both Lauren and Heather were both very kind and gentle when needed. At the end they gave me my free whiting kit as stated and they even offered one to my boyfriend with no extra charge. I definitely recommend making an appointment with the Highland Park location.

Wray was friendly and able to answer all my questions. As a dental hygienist, she was very well versed and professional in her delivery of information. She processed all the appointment requirements without missing any aspects. Loved the office cleanliness and modern design. In less than 36 hours after my appointment, I received my 3D dental plan. Really cool process!

My daughter is a junior in high school and wants to have straight teeth for senior pictures. I had heard a lot about SmileDirectClub but was skeptical due to my extensive background in Dentistry. I am currently the manager of a large office in Atlanta. Of course I could have had her get Invisalign in our office but even the lab fees for Invisalign are more than the total cost for SmileDirectClub. It is important to make sure your dental health is being managed while aligning your teeth. You will want to make sure you can show off your new straight smile for many, many years! I’m excited to see my daughter's transition to a perfect smile!

I contacted Customer Service about an issue with the fit of my aligners. I had voids in a couple of places between the aligners and the tooth. They immediately scheduled me for a new scan in the new CVS location in Pensacola. Amy was my smile guide and she did an excellent job! Very thorough! I was assured they just want to make me happy with my new smile!
