Synbiotic 365 provides beneficial effects within the first week of taking it. Immediate improvements in digestion were experienced. Weight loss is helped with easier and more immediate results when "eating right" and avoiding the stuff that common sense tells you not to eat! You can go "off the wagon" yet still lose it fairly quickly when in a position of not being in your usual controlled environment where your diet is more manageable. For example, I travel on business and it is often difficult to keep to the no or low carb approach I use to manage my weight. Once I return home and get back to the "fruits and soups" program, the weight loss happens more easily than without the Synbiotic product. All of this helps energy levels as well as mentally making it easier to stay on plan.

I have tried other supplements that have similar claims of how they help with digestion and which in turn supposedly has a side effect of losing weight. I have found those other products that I have tried to be not so easy to maintain taking. They need to be mixed with your favorite drink, or with water. I don’t always have time to do this. My doctor had recommended that I take vitamin B. I bought a bottle from Costco and every time I take it I feel nauseated from the smell of the tablet.

Synbiotic 365 is the most convenient, easy to swallow capsule. Each one is sealed individually so you can tell it is fresh when you take one. It is easy to keep track of how many you’ve already taken also because of the packaging. On the 4th day of taking it, I already noticed that my digestion has improved, the weight I have been struggling to keep down finally stayed down. Weight has been going up and down within 3-5 lbs, but for the most times it didn’t stay down. Now I see it down on the weight I wanted to be at and the most it would go up now is 3 lbs and it seldom happens.

I have completed three boxes of the Synbiotic 365 which I took daily over the past few months. The first two weeks I experienced quite a bit of gas, but I continued because I felt confident in the product from the video I had watched. Within a week after that my bowel movements became regular and I have much less bloating. Beyond that, I feel this product has reduced inflammation somehow in my body because my joints were less painful and I had less headaches. I wasn't sure how that could possibly be, and so when I ran out, I let myself get back to life without them. Joint pain increased and headaches returned while off of them. I have just re-ordered three boxes and the 365 will be a permanent part of my daily routine. I have recommended this product to friends.

I have been using the product for almost a month now and I have most surely seen an improvement in my gut. I suffer from IBS which has made my life miserable for so many years.
