I tried my shoes and pants on late ( a week before the wedding), and they sent me replacement shoes and pants next day. I've used The Black Tux now for two different weddings (not my own). One was a formal tuxedo, the other a charcoal grey suit. In the first case, I did have to get the pants hemmed slightly (but they give you plenty of time and even reimburse up to $15). The second time, the fit was perfect. I have really liked the simplicity of receiving the suit in the mail and sticking it right back in after the event. It definitely beats having to return at a specific store, etc. I would highly recommend this!

I ordered a tux two years ago for an HRC Dinner Event. It looked great, and I received some nice compliments on it.

I had a film premiere to go to a few weeks back and needed a tux. I found one that looked modern but with a plaid coat that had a vintage feel to it. I know my sizes and ordered the tux about two weeks prior. I received it in four days, and it was with me for a week prior to the event. I was actually on vacation in another country when it arrived. I came home and tried it on. It fit perfectly. The jacket looked amazing and I loved the shoes I picked out. I literally walked into the event and walked onto the red carpet and heard "that jacket though" and had photos taken all night. I received all compliments and was told how dapper I looked.

I was in my best friend's wedding in Tampa, Florida, and he decided to use The Black Tux for our suits. I got an email from The Black Tux at least six weeks or so before the wedding, and everything was very easy to order my suit. The price was very reasonable, which was something I was worried about because I am on a tight budget.

My suit arrived and was very nice looking, everything fit, and I had a great time at the wedding. A couple of days after, I got an email explaining how to send back the suit. You just put it back in the box, use the return sticker from FedEx that was in the box when it was first sent to me, and send it back. Hassle free.

I’ve rented many tuxedos here locally, and the service was mediocre. When my buddy told us we were renting online, I was a little worried. I typically don’t like dealing with the stress of possibly not getting my order in time. In this case, I was in the wedding party and definitely didn’t want to be “that guy.”

Out of the group of 16 groomsmen and ushers, no one had a complaint. Needless to say, it was the best experience in tuxedo renting I’ve had. The tuxedo itself is flawless, the shipping was superb, and the customer service was unmatchable. I will be renting from them in the future from now on. Five stars all of the way!

From the moment I placed my order, I had nothing but superb customer service. I had had questions about changing some sizes before my order had shipped, getting things altered, I accidentally let my return date lapse (I thought it was a day later than it was), getting a refund on my alterations, what to do with my garment bag after the zipper came off while my suit was still zipped inside, and more, and every rep from The Black Tux I spoke to about these things was extremely helpful and timely and polite, and it really made an impact on my perception of the overall service.

Many of the suits themselves are affordably priced and they look great, and the whole process of receiving the items two weeks before the event so that we can try it on and get replacements if necessary is such a breeze. This is a really tight operation. I will have to purchase my own suit so that I'm not repeatedly spending money to rent stuff, but should I ever need to rent a suit again, The Black Tux will be my first thought.
