Hubble Contacts

As someone who wears both contacts and glasses on the regular, this is an amazing service. I’m able to reschedule auto shipments to fit my average daily contact use.

I started using them due to a promotion and haven’t strayed for over a year now. They’re quality, comfortable, and show up at my door. It’s amazing! I have a tendency to forget to take them out at night, and I’ve never had any issues from those accidental experiences. Their team is quite helpful, and I’ve always had good experiences with them.

Hubble is a winner. I’ve had 25 years of contact wearing and had worn the same major brand for 15 of those 25, so you know it’s a big deal to try a switch. The switch worked for me, and I will more than happily order and reorder their product.

So I really like Hubble for the idea, and the contacts were fine. Not the best I've ever had, but they were cheap and did their job.

After I got Lasik, I tried to log in and cancel my subscription. Turns out you have to call them to cancel. I kept trying, but they were never open because the timezones were different. Finally, I bumped back my subscription to the latest date that I could, so that I could at least not worry about being charged.

So today, I was charged, and went to call them to cancel my subscription. When I called, their phone kept cutting out, and I could barely understand them. Finally, they went to cancel but said that it had been canceled earlier that day. Um...what? I informed them that the email associated with my account was no longer my email (because you can't change your email on the website), and asked if someone else could have canceled it. They said it was possible. What the heck? Why? They literally only use your name and email address to verify that it is your account. That is HORRIBLE security.

So I asked if they could delete my account so that no one could have access to it. No. So I ended up having to have them delete my card information from the website, and I went in myself to change my billing information.

I would not recommend using this website if you want to be able to have basic account security and also the ability to change any of your important information.

I have had my fair share of customer service support within my life. I was very pleased with the fast, friendly service over the phone with the customer rep. I had some contacts that were damaged, and they were nice enough to send me a box free due to the inconvenience.

I tried a box of Hubble Contacts and they were ok. I didn't find them as comfortable as my current brand, but they were fine. I placed one order to try them but then had LOTS of contacts and did not need Hubble to send me any more.

I called and canceled my subscription, even though their website says: YOU'RE IN CONTROL.

You can easily cancel or modify your Hubble subscription to suit your needs. That is not true. You have to call them and wait and wait on hold to get to someone.

Today I find a charge on my credit card for a package that is apparently en route. I called Hubble, and they casually explained it was no problem just write "return to sender" on the box and return.

What they didn't explain is that I'll be charged $5 for them sending a box I NEVER ordered.

Be careful. I think this is a scam.

Hubble remains the only subscription-based service I didn't cancel after six months; their price point remains attractive and competitive. Shipping has always been on point, and in terms of comfort, I couldn't distinguish them from any other brand, even when worn twice.

I received my free box of contacts and tried out a pair a few days ago. The left contact seemed uncomfortable, and I had to take it out after only about 6 hours. I put my regular contacts in the day after that and left them in for my usual amount of time, 15 hours. They were comfortable all day.

I tried the Hubble Contacts again the next day, and although I was able to leave them in about 10 hours, they became very uncomfortable again, and they made my eyes feel very dry. I guess as an emergency pair they would be okay, as long as you didn't need them for more than 6 hours or so.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed and now have to wait until I can call Hubble to cancel (you can't cancel online).

After one week of wearing Hubble Contacts I was still pleasantly surprised and how comfy they were. After the two-week mark, I can no longer wear them for more than six hours without total discomfort. My eyes are really dry with the lenses in and rewetting solution offers no relief. I end up having to change into my glasses halfway through the day. I've never experienced this with any other lense.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have been wearing contacts for roughly 15 years. As we all know it is quite an expensive upkeep. I tried Hubble Contacts about 6 months ago to cut down on the expense. They were comfortable and felt great at first. In the last month or two, my eyes have been really irritated. I went to the eye doctor today and discovered I have an eye infection. I’ve never had an eye infection in all of my 15 years of wearing contacts. The first thing my doctor said to me after discovering this was “Please tell me you’re not using Hubble contacts." I won’t be purchasing those anymore.

Hubble Contacts is a great place to order contacts. They are either delivered on time or early. There has been no problems with their contacts since I started ordering over 7 months ago. I'd recommend their product to others!

I ordered and received the trials, 2 boxes for $3.00. I put them in and they were the correct prescription, and felt awesome. I’ve ordered the trial for my son in Austin, Texas.

These contacts are good. I like the convenience of the contacts arriving at your door each month, and the website is user-friendly. My eyes are a little the dry side, and sometimes I experience dryness with the contacts, but it's easily fixable with some eye drops. Overall I recommend these contacts.
