I ordered from them, it took around five weeks to get the despatch email, but then they never showed up. I’ve contacted them via email and their site but received no response.

I would highly recommend not buying from them; it’s definitely a scam.

I ordered swimmers from these people ages ago, and they were NEVER DELIVERED. I have sent multiple emails, Instagram messages, comments on their website and even contacted Storeenvy separately, and have received NO REPLY. I have not received my purchase or a refund. The biggest rip off ever. Do NOT buy from SANA SWIM, they suck!

My daughter purchased swimmers from this company called SANA SWIM that is supposedly located in Victoria, Australia and has never received the goods. You CANNOT contact this company at all, there is no telephone number and they do not reply to your emails. If you write to them in their Instagram they delete it. I advise anyone wanting to actually receive goods that you don’t waste your money on this company.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a swimsuit in the first week of November and it has now been 4 weeks. I’ve tried to contact someone via email but have not yet heard anything. The products actually looked cool but I will never use them again, and neither will my friends.

I purchased a long-sleeved shirt, short sleeved shirt, a skirt, and a pair of shorts for my teen. All were from individual sellers.

The short sleeved t-shirt was fine. No issues. The skirt AND the shorts were at least two sizes too small.

All were a complete waste of money. And unless you're prepared to pay return postage to China, then Goodwill will gladly accept them.

Do not be fooled. They will send you a table cloth not even CLOSE to pictured dress. Then, with proper procedures for a refund through PayPal, it's more than $100 to send back to China, so you're out most of your money.

Last fall I had ordered a couple of choker necklaces from the Storeenvy shop ChokeHer. I had ordered a few times before and always loved them! This time I had forgotten to put my apartment number, so I quickly reached out to the owner and received no response. Weeks go by, and she finally responds and says it is not her problem that I had forgot to put the number, and that the package had been lost in the mail trying to make it back to her. She offered no refund and was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation. I was a paying customer who had been buying from her for a year.

Unprofessional is the way I would describe this shop. And I never received the items or a refund, and it has been 6-8 months, when she stated she would get in contact with me had the necklaces made their way back to her through postage. A waste of money and time on my part when the owner could've checked the multiple emails and direct messages I had sent with the problem I had BEFORE she shipped out the products.

I ordered a pair of the blinged-out Converse for my wedding on February 21st. Linda Taylor is the lady who helped me, through NOpespeakers.com. The website states the wrong picture of what the shoes will look like! They also say it takes two weeks at the most, and they are custom made to order. This is not true at all! I have pictures of what I got, all the gems were falling off and had fallen off. Glue was everywhere, and to top it off, they took 2 and 1/2 months, and I got them two days before my wedding, one day before I left for travel for my wedding. I was so upset and pissed off! I couldn't wear to my wedding what I wanted, and I could have made ones better than what was received.

Then I had to pay for shipping twice to send them back and still haven't gotten a full refund.

Do not buy from this site!

There are absolutely no means to communicate with anybody about an order that has never been shipped. No communication after payment was processed, and it's been six weeks. Worst store I've ever purchased anything from, and I will never order anything again.

My son bought a pair of $200 shoes but never received anything from this merchant. I called several times to get a response, but I received NOTHING. I am out $200, plus $2.99 (?), and for what?

I've never been angry enough to write a review. I see the scams above, and maybe I should be happy that my order didn't go through.

There was an item that I was trying to buy, but it would not process. I emailed tech support, and they told me they tried it on their end and said that it was an "isolated" problem on my side. So then they had me try it on multiple different computers on multiple different browsers.

When I complained that it's still not working, then they said that now they've actually tried it (so last time I guess it was a lie) and it turns out there's something wrong with the store's payment process. They said they would fix it, and one week later the item disappears. Absolutely disgusting, horrid, and incompetent.
