I really think this product is helping me a lot. I am going to continue taking it. I have an autoimmune disease, and trying to lose weight and feel more energetic was nearly impossible. I was having digestive issues, which are much better now. I still have bad reactions to certain foods, especially ones that contain soy. My stomach gets distended, and it is painful.

I’ve been using this product for the last 30 days and saw enough of a difference that I just ordered another 3-month supply and have recommended this to my family and friends.

My bowel movements are softer and more regular, and I don’t feel like I have to strain to use the restroom like I have in the past. I also had a lump on my left pelvic area that I had for years that I always thought was weird but never got it checked out because it never really bugged me I’d hurt me. Finally, something that works.

For the past 3 years, I have not felt myself and didn't know why. I started to blame the age being over 35 years old. I wasn't a bad eater and didn't really exercise much. So far, this has been a nice supplement for my wife and I. I haven't seen any major health differences, but I do feel good nearly every day. My wife has commented that her night time acid reflux has gone away, which is great news. This pill is easy to take. While I've heard you should take it with a meal, we've been taking it at bedtime.
