I hardly know where to start. I initially bought Dr. Gundry's Total Restore after stumbling across some of his videos on Pinterest, and realizing that I was suffering from just about all of the "Leaky Gut" symptoms.

I had horrible eating habits and was constantly suffering from sinus issues, headaches, very high blood pressure, and my asthma symptoms were flaring up more and more, with bronchitis occasionally making an appearance as well.

When I received my bottles, I hadn't even ordered The Plant Paradox yet, and simply decided to adjust my diet according to the worst offenders on his list. Even though I have never been diagnosed with celiac's disease, I decided to cut out gluten, along with sugar, tomatoes, and potatoes. I started Googling just about everything before I ate it, to see if it contained lectins, and attempted to stay away from them as much as I could, but by no means would I say that I was actually ON the Plant Paradox diet.

I started to notice changes almost immediately. The headaches were one of the first things to go, followed closely by the sinus and breathing issues. Lack of energy and body aches and pains were also significantly reduced, but I work a lot of hours and do a lot of heavy lifting, so those aren't going to go away completely any time soon.

I just started my second bottle, and have now received the book, which I will be using to make further adjustments to my diet. I have lost a total of 32 pounds so far and felt compelled to give my third bottle to a friend when they saw how fit I was becoming. They wanted to know what I was doing.

Now I realize that there are claims out there that contradict Dr. Gundry's research, and state that there is nothing wrong with lectins, gluten (unless you have celiac's), and moderate sugar consumption (unless you have diabetes). But just like every topic under the sun, you will find people on both sides of the issue that will tell you why the other side is wrong.

For me, the truth is simple. I was in very poor health before making these changes and taking the supplement, and now I'm not. I don't need any more proof than that.

So there's absolutely no question that I would recommend both, Total Restore and The Plant Paradox to anyone who will listen. I simply tell them to try a bottle, make a few changes to their diet while they do, and see what happens. If nothing changes, what have they lost, 30 days of eating a little healthier than usual? There are worse things you could do to yourself.

But I firmly believe that anyone who gives this stuff an honest shot will see definite, positive changes.

I don't really know where or how to start to tell you about this great product! After having three kids in four years, I wanted to shed those extra pounds I had gained. Well, things were going slow and my energy levels were low, chasing three kids. I was kind of like what do I do next? One day I came across a Gundry advertisement and that's when I was like this stuff is for me!

I have been taking Total Restore for nearly four weeks and I have lost 12 pounds. My energy levels have absolutely sky-rocketed and my back and feet aches have literally vanished. This is important, be sure to give yourself time for your body to begin to respond. I had finished the first bottle and felt that nothing was happening. But, I decided to go on to the next bottle before I gave up. I’d been losing and gaining the same pound for a month. It was very discouraging. About a week or so into the second bottle, the scales started moving again. I’m steadily going down now. It's not huge losses, but I’m ok with slow and steady.

As to the other benefits, I’m trusting that my gut is healing and my energy levels are getting better. I’m walking more and hope my sleeping will begin to get better as well. I’m glad I found this product. I do believe it is helping me.

I don't have leaky gut, but I was using this to bring restoration to my gut, more of a preventive step against sickness. I'm choosing to eat less and do intermittent fasting. I expecting to lose an average of 5 lbs a month. I see my stomach become smaller.

As I am finishing the bottle, I have noticed in the past week that my heartburn is almost completely gone. I didn't think Total Restore was necessarily supposed to help heartburn, but here I am. Very happy!

I have ordered this product on 7th of June 2018, today is 14th of August 2018, and it is safe to say that it is a scam, as it has never been delivered.

Having contacted the customer care, they issue a tracking number of the shipment, when I tried to track, it showed that it has never been actually shipped. I contacted them again, and since 7th of July 2018, is shows en route to the processing facility.

I have asked for a refund and the refund is also not reaching my account. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

I had bloating, pain in my lower stomach, not having regular bowel movements, gas pains, loss of appetite. All, with the exception of the bowel movements not being regular, have improved.

I decided to try Total Restore after watching Dr. Gundry’s video on his product. Plus it had a money back guarantee so what did I have to lose?

It is absolutely amazing what it has done for me. First I noticed my bowels were much more regular, thus I could stop taking my fiber tablets. My hearing is more acute, I am not craving junk food, and my brain fog has lifted. I am going to talk to my doctor about stopping my antidepressant medication. I was also taking turmeric (which is quite expensive) because Total Restore has that in it as one of its natural ingredients. I have been heavily involved in a move from one city to another and have been lifting heavy boxes ecteria so who knows what other effects I will notice when I actually give my body a well-deserved rest.
