Missing the Ethics One Expects from a Yoga Company

By Steven S., Massachusetts, Verified Reviewer

My wife signed up for a 15-day trial with Glo.com. Though she supplied a credit card number, it was not clear to her that they would then charge her every month after that and that they would send no notification that billing was occurring or that my trial period was ending. I searched the page that had that information and it was so buried in their disclosure that it took me many scrolls down to find it, and I was looking for it! As a yoga teacher, she was quite disappointed in their classes and as a result, only did a few. Now it is 6 months later and she has been billed for 6 months of classes that she never used (they would know that), including being billed just 5 days ago. I take care of the credit card so she didn't see the bills and I didn't notice them til now. They refused any refund whatsoever, and only offered to cancel after this month was over.

Length of Use: Less than 3 months

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Huge fan

By Barbara H., Oakland, NJ, Verified Reviewer

I have been a YogaGlo subscriber since 2014. It is an affordable, quality product. I did start my yoga practice in studios, and still go with friends sometimes. But being able to practice whenever it is convenient for me is a game-changer. I love some of the instructors like family. And I have changed my entire life with regular practice. They recently added the ability to cast to my smart TV and that is awesome as well. HIGHLY recommended for the experienced practitioner.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
