Flawless by Finishing Touch

Ordered a Finishing Touch Flawless Nu razor for my wife for Mother's Day - was shown to be in stock when I ordered. The Friday before Mother's Day I get an email saying it would arrive in two to three weeks. I ask for a refund, was told I would have to wait until I received something I do not want now. They screw you by making you get the product and then you have to pay the postage back - can not talk to a real person on hold 28 minutes so far.

So many regrets, and I even recommended this thing to a friend when I purchased it approximately 2 years ago. I am so disappointed. I share every bad thing others have experienced. The constant shaving, a few ingrown hairs with a few "razor bumps," and the distress and constant checking for regrown hairs to prevent embarrassing looks when my near 5 o'clock shadow and mustache reappear. I regret the day I purchased this thing, and I thought tweezing was a pain in the kneck. This thing is miserable. One day my husband teased me when he felt stubble. I am so disgusted and angry with this mess! Would I recommend it to a friend? Not if I wanted to keep that friend!

Purchased this about 6 weeks ago. Used it 2-3 times per week. Last week I went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried three new fresh batteries and it still wouldn’t start. This is a poorly made product and I can’t get my money back because the store I purchased it from only permits returns within 30 days. I wrote to the company and they won’t do anything about it stating they "can’t refund or replace a retail purchase." I’m not endorsing or giving my money to a brand that doesn’t stand behind their products. So, I vowed to review this piece of crap so others don’t make the same mistake I did.

What a scam! Took a long time to do much of anything and then the top with the blades came off and were impossible to put back on so it went in the garbage, which I have never done with anything before!

The trimmer works great until you must clean it.

The on and off switch doesn't catch and the trimmer won't work.

I have changed batteries.

I bought 2 and got the same results each time.

The initial one for the upper lip works great. Ordered the peach fuss remover, it did not work. I sent it right back - over a month ago, and still have not received a refund. They say they cannot find my order. They had no problem taking my money.

This product works so well. Bought this for my Aunt who is on a blood thinner and cannot use razors. Works great! I just brought the Flawless Brows, and I am so impressed! Works also great around the nose area! I hope it lasts a long time!

I have had this product for about 8 months. I purchased it from Bed Bath & Beyond. I used it every 3/4 a week. Worked well until one day it did not. I cleaned it after use and after I put the cap back on it did not come on. Comes on without the cap.

They don't tell you that after using the Flawless the hair that grows back is gross and hard. Feels like a mustache!

If I knew, I never would have bought the product.

I expected more.

And I bought the eyebrows and face.

This device I purchased and soon found out that while gliding over your skin it pulls out each hair, especially when you have long and coarse hair, and since I lost my receipt I am stuck with this painful shaver.

Purchased Flawless hair remover, plus additional blade head. Only removes surface hair from above lip and face, does not remove the root, like using a man's mini shaver. Caused hair to regrow darker, coarser, caused multiple facial bumps with many ingrown hairs, and skin no longer soft as I find myself tweeting daily to remove course regrowth since stopping using Flawless!
