After falling for the promotional offer, I was then billed another $89.95 to my card 2 weeks later. Having called and being put on hold and then transferred around for 50 minutess, they initially offered me a 25% refund. When I went to town, they offered 50%, and finally after another threat to expose them etc, they said they'd refund 75%. They said it would take 3-5 days to refund. This is a total scam, and I am going to post to BBB and every site available about them. And the product itself is worthless.

I use this product on my neck, chest area, back of upper arms. I am starting to see nice results. I have only used this product a couple of months, but I like what I am seeing.

I followed the return policy to the letter. The USPS tracking system declared that the product was delivered on 10-14-2015.

Today is 10-21-2015 and I still have not received credit to my credit card. I suppose now I am going to have to contact my credit card company and fax them the document from the P.O. as proof that the product was returned for refund.

Their product issues a money back guarantee, and they obviously do not stand by their own words.

I ordered this product from the Beverly Hills MD website and got 2 bottles supposedly at a promotional price. After taxes, shipping and handling each small bottle costs $65. They absolutely guarantee that it will work or you get money back. You are told in the accompanying literature to give the product at least 4 weeks to see a difference. I used the product exactly and directed and I saw nada, zip, nothing of a difference at all. What a waste of money. I can't return the unopened second bottle because there is supposedly a time limit for refunds. I don't feel like wasting my time in addition to my money. Beware, it's a "rip-off."

I am 52 years old and I am almost through my first trial jar. I have seem some results. I will order another jar and try to be more dedicated using this twice a day.

While I don't think the Lift and Sculpt Cream is a "scam", I'm not very impressed with the product at all. Mediocre is how I would describe it in terms of how it feels going on, and I haven't noticed any of the remarkable changes that they claim in their advertising. I've been using the product for about 3 months and I won't be purchasing more. I've had much better luck with a high intensity Vitamin C serum than I have had with this. I've also got a few of my favorite face products that work better and feel better on my face and a few are much cheaper. Don't waste your money, they've hyped up their stuff way too much.

Skin is more plump and my jowls are diminishing. I've noticed a difference by the next morning after my first use.

I've been using this product for 3 weeks. Have done Ultherapy on my face for wrinkles, and have used NuSkin for about 3 years to help increase collagen. But after a year from Ultherapy treatment, I'm noticing droopiness in my skin again. Decided to try Beverly Hills Lift and Firm Cream. So far, I think I like it. The deep wrinkles around my eyes seem a little better, and my pores seem a little smaller. It isn't super greasy, like I was expecting (I have oily skin). I'm not expecting much on firmness, since I think short of a facelift (not a consideration for me), that's never going to happen, but I'm encouraged enough with the texture of my skin to keep trying it to see if I can get good results.

I was a little skeptical about trying this since I have tried everything under the sun. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with this product. I have only used for a short time and have seen amazing results already. If you have skin that has wrinkles and sags then this product is a must for you. All I can say is what are you waiting for? Thank you for making my life much better by using your product. I look and feel so much younger.

I am 62 years old and have been using the Beverly Hills MD lift and firming creme about 4 weeks. My sagging wrinkled neck is almost completely tightened and I see a noticeable difference around my eyes.
