I usually take it when I am dragging and need energy. I keep one in my office desk at work, and one at home. I gave the 3rd one to a friend that has breast cancer, and she loved it also.

This product really works. I have eczema and it's pretty bad. But once I started taking Vital Reds, I have had no break outs so I wanted to see if it was the result of the product. I stopped taking it for a week and here comes the break outs again. I started taking it again and no breakouts so I can say it really does great for your skin.

As far as the weight loss, I had so much trouble losing my belly fat but since taking Vital Reds for my skin, my stomach and waist began slimming down to the point where people are complimenting me. So yeah, I would 100 percent recommend this!

I am a 76 year old, stage 4 lung cancer patient. Although currently in remission, I just had no energy, wanting to sleep all the time.

Finally after more of 3 years of no sugar in my diet (matrix diet) my stomach started to calm down and diminish its volume.

I was 144 pounds when I started The "Dr. Gundry Evolutionary Diet" and I was thrilled, totally in love with the idea of changing (redirecting) the history of my family's Genes, full of Cancer, Diabetes, and Heart attacks and other issues. I did my own interpretation of Dr. Gundry book's diet for 6 months.

I had my first visit with Dr. Gundry in August 2013 and I started with his Matrix diet and suggestions, and with a lot of Vitamins and Supplements.

It's important to note for this review that I've always had a flat stomach throughout my life but when I started to lose weight my stomach and my belly start to grow exponentially. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and now my weight is 112. And I had a shape of an olive trespassed for toothpick until 2 weeks ago.

I was hesitant about starting to take this during a work week, so I waited until I had a couple days off. It did start to clear out my system by the next day after taking it for the first time. I'm not getting the energy boost yet, but I wasn't expecting it to be like a jolt of lightning! I drink this when I get home from work so I have time in the morning to let it do what it does.

Dealing with IBS for almost 20 years and I have tried many, many things, including going gluten free and in the past year going on a Low FODMAP diet. Hopefully adding the Vital Reds will start to make things feel better.

I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered three jars of Vital Reds from Gundry, M.D. I have been taking one scoop a day for about a month, and I can say that the product is all that Dr. Gundry says it is. I am 67 years old and I have always been enthusiastic about staying fit. I run 2 miles a day on foothill paths, and I work out with weights every third day. Before starting the Vital Reds routine, my energy levels were low and I had a pretty constant lower-back ache and digestive problems. Now, my energy levels are very, very good, my digestion is great and the back problem has disappeared. I absolutely love this product! I have diverticulitis and it really helps with that. I have more energy, I don't wake up feeling sluggish, and I feel healthy when I drink it. My only problem is that I am on social security disability so I can only buy 1 jar at a time, so I have to go a few days at the beginning of the month without it but I do love it. Thank you for developing this product. I am grateful to you Dr. Gundry. Please continue to make this. I have back and neck problems. I have no fluid in the vertebrae in my neck, and all my discs are herniated and in my back I have early disc degenerate disease, and arthritis in my back and neck. Do you have anything for these? I hate taking pain pills and want to be off of them.

I am 73 and have had a triple bypass in 2011, Carotid Endarterectomy in 2011 and Aortic stent in 2014. My doctors have done an excellent job taking care of me, especially my primary care Doctor who found all these challenges and helped me through them.

I was on the Internet and came across Dr. Gundry, about a story of a biker who also had Arteriosclerosis and what he was doing to help his situation. The biker story influenced Dr. Gundry to come up with the dietary supplement Vital Reds. I have been using the Vital Reds for three weeks and feel good, but wanted to know if I could feel even better. My last doctor's checkup was 8/5/2016 and lab test was good.

I have three months supply to take and see what results I will have, but so far I feel great.
