Vital Reds

I started taking Vital Reds a week and a half ago, and I've had severe stomach problems since then. I feel like crap, it has done nothing for me but put me in the bathroom, and it makes me jumpy and lightheaded.

I stopped it two days ago and I still feel horrible. I bought six jars, so I HOPE I can get a refund. I also reduced the amount to half a scoop and it didn't help.

I'm 5'10", 180 pounds and in good shape for a 46-year-old, and I was just looking for more energy, so I made the mistake of getting this. It's just not for me.

I hope Dr. Gundry will give me a full refund. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

It has only been two weeks since receiving my Vital Reds, I have been taking them every day. The taste is good, I mix it with fruit juice and find it smooth to drink. I have recently undergone three surgeries and was feeling sluggish in mind and body, but now I am less foggy in mind, and a little more energetic in my body.

My wife purchased Vital Reds, and I honestly said "You try this first," as it read too good to be true. So my wife, who is 53 years old, tried it and within two to three days, I started noticing her energy seemed to improve. After a week my daughter, who is 15 years old, started to take it as well, and she seemed less stressed and energetic, and she was sleeping better as well. Same thing with my wife.

I kept thinking, how could a little teaspoon do all of this. I am 58 years old, tired all the time and don't sleep well. So I jumped, in and within a couple of days I felt so good. I was sleeping better, and my energy was amazing.

I missed it one day, and I really yearned for my berry drink. I usually put it in a water bottle, and that works well for me. The taste is good, and you feel good.

I began my program of Primal Plants (which I received first out of my orders), and made a start of drinking this from the December 1, 2016, right up until today, December 26, 2016 (Boxing Day).

I received my Vital Reds order a week later, and on the December 7, 2016 I started a morning routine of drinks, right up until today, December 26, 2016. It has become a daily routine every morning to have both drinks first thing in the morning.

My first week on Primal Plant I had a weight reduction of 5 kgs, so I went from 82 kgs to 78 kgs, and I noticed my energy had increased.

I am in my fifties, and from a past of heavy physical activities, I had acquired some interesting health issues, which almost impeded on my daily life and rendered to acute, chronic pain and disability.

I had to battle cancer, chemo and then a body imbalance of other conditions that impacted on my physical being and living. I was in a debilitating spiral into becoming a prisoner inside myself (both mentally and physically) with these multiple conditions, and twelve months ago I underwent surgery after being diagnosed with cardiac arrest and required immediate heart surgery, and I had a stent put in.

In November of 2016 I came across an online article and read all the material presented by Dr. Gundry, and I felt that the information applied to me. I decided to make the decision that I needed to improve my health by focusing more on adding hi-antioxidant supplements to my body, which made sense to me. I am pleased to report that I am enjoying taking Vital Reds, and I am sleeping better than before I started taking them.

My energy level is usually quite good for a 79-year-old, so I have not had a noticeable increase in energy so far, however as I have only been taking them for ten days, I'm sure I will be in a better position to comment in another couple of weeks. I am taking them in my regular morning fresh fruit blended drink, which includes blueberries, mixed dark greens, carrots, ginger and beetroot, as well as other fruits in season. This drink certainly keeps me regular, and is very tasty as well. The Vital Reds just add another dimension in taste and goodness.

My son Grant (46 years old), who has some health issues, is also taking the same drink combination with Vital Reds and is reporting a more even distribution of energy through the day. I will be happy to make further comments over the coming weeks.

I was on Vital Reds, Superfood Supplement, and Prebiotics (yes, I've taken all three of Gundry's products) for one week.

So far, it's been a lot of gurgling in the stomach, and farting! The end result is pleasing, though, with two ablutions a day and of quantity and quality. Surely in time I will lose weight as the body continues to clean out.

I have also seen an improvement in my energy level.
