I have rheumatoid arthritis and am always looking for natural ways to treat inflammation. I have been adding my tart cherry juice to it, and it does seem to be helping with my inflammation so far, but it has only been a few weeks.

I took it for the first time today. It did give me energy, but it was scary. I felt like pacing the floor nonstop. If I stood still, I felt panicky and jumpy. My heart was beating fast.

I started drinking Vital Reds almost a month ago. At about week two, I began feeling well. I started exercising and had more stamina than I'd had for a while.

However, I also noticed that I've developed an allergy in my sinus area. I've never suffered from allergies in the past. Vital Reds is the only change I've made to my diet; that and I stopped drinking coffee. I still plan to continue the Vital Reds.

I started using Vital Reds about a month ago and am very pleased. Vital Reds is so easy to swallow. I mostly use purified water only, but sometimes I mix in some cranberry pomegranate or apple cider. Since drinking Vital Reds every day, I am experiencing the return of energy, motivation, and clarity of my thinking.

Believe me, before I found this product I had to force myself to accomplish even the simplest of daily living tasks. I didn't feel like doing anything, going anywhere or even associating with anyone. I only got my first package of Vital Reds a few days ago. So I can not really testify what overall impact it has on me yet, however, I have one concern about it.

When I make the drink (I make it with water only) and drink it, I immediately feel that it is much too sweet. Not only that, after I finish drinking my Vital Reds drink I have an unfavorable aftertaste for a long time, one that I only had after diet drinks before. Looking at the ingredients listed on the jar, it must be the last item called fructooligosaccharides, and there is a lot of it

I personally do not buy anything with artificial sweeteners because the aftertaste gives me nausea. Also, new research shows, that artificial sweeteners are worse than sugar to our health.

Therefore, I would not recommend this to my friends.
