I started taking the BIO X4 recently, and it has worked. The problem I have had is I don't remember to take the pill five minutes before I eat. Can you take it after you start eating? What bout right after you finish the meal?

I want to continue taking it but need to figure out how to remind myself.

To start off, I want to tell people I don't lie about products that I use. This product BIO X4 really works! My daughter and I started taking it about nine weeks ago. I am not doing any more exercise than I normally do, just weights and walking seven miles a day. The first two weeks I lost three pounds, by the 9th week I lost ten pounds, and my daughter lost seven pounds. This product cuts down your eating; it really works, thank you!

I started using BIO X4 two months ago. I have quit drinking diet soda, increased my exercise and with the help of BIO X4, and have lost 26 lbs. It has been painless. My wife asked what I was doing differently, and now she is taking it. It is definitely working for me. I went from 237 to 211 in two months. I walk every morning and every evening. I eat a ton less and love how it has made a huge difference.

There are two things I noticed after using BIO X4.

First, was greater regularity and this is very important to me. I was typically having a bowel movement once a day in the morning. My father used to call it his "morning constitutional." I seemingly had inherited that trait.

After a short time of taking BIO X4, this has increased to twice, sometimes, three times per day. From my early days in college taking courses for a physical education degree, I remember learning that if your digestive tract is truly healthy, you will eliminate food roughly twenty minutes after a meal as waste moves out of your body. I am not there yet, but there is an improvement.

I also noticed an increase in energy, although that may be psychological. It does not matter even if it is though when it all comes down to how I feel.

I have been very pleased with BIO X4. It has resolved a lot of stomach issues I was having. I feel like I have more energy and do not feel sluggish after eating. It has really helped with digesting food. I highly recommend to try it!

I started using BIO X4 about two or so months ago. I have a very aggressive workout routine, have low thyroid, and struggled with losing weight past a threshold. Along with taking BIO X4, I also changed my diet to limit animal protein, certain types of plants (with seeds) and ate more fish, power greens, walnuts, and fruits in season. So far I have lost 12 lbs, am rarely hungry after meals, and have increased energy. My Systolic part of my blood pressure has also decreased as well.

I have type 2 diabetes and have been working on bringing down my blood sugar level. Weight and sugar levels are closely linked. I have been taking BIO X4 for at least the last six months, and I have lost 16 pounds since last September. During most of the same time period, I have been doing a daily injection of Victoza, which is a drug to reduce sugar as well as suppress hunger. My point is that I don't know if one is more effective than the other at promoting weight loss. It very well could be that both are working together. I certainly plan on continuing to use both.

I feel much better physically, and although I haven't lost much weight, it's still great to have my system moving smoothly again. I am hopeful that over time some weight loss will occur. My rather chaotic nursing schedule probably doesn't help.

I decided to try BIO X4 to drop this impossible to lose last 10 lbs. It really seemed to help. I had more energy and was slowly losing weight. Unfortunately, I ran out quickly because I had shared with other family members and noticed an immediate difference in my weight. Instead of a steady loss, I feel like I am slowly gaining it back again and my diet is the same. I am definitely going to reorder and stay on it for the long haul.

I am still taking it and will continue to. I started it in the middle of January 2017 because I have MS and needed the energy it was said to give. The weight loss and sugar cravings were a bonus. I also ordered the bone broth which I love the taste of! I have been quite discouraged lately because my weight has not moved since March. Prior to that, I had lost 12 lbs! Practically effortlessly.

My energy level is still great and I continue to get much accomplished every day. I know I could help myself lower the numbers on the scale with diet but I haven't tried yet. I have many projects around the house I have been working on and am really focused on that. I do have a lot of weight to lose. Any suggestions?
