Can't see clearly

I can't see clearly with these lenses. When I'm trying to read I have to blink several times and squint to try and focus to get things clear. Then, if I blink again, things are out of focus again. I've worn dailies for years and love them, but I can't see well with these.

It is disappointing because I love the ease of having to order and then it being delivered!

Loving my lenses!

I couldn't be happier. I've been going through 1-800 Contacts before and was paying twice as much for Acuvue Dailies. These are super comfy! I would highly recommend these to all my friends or anyone overpaying for lenses.

Awesome contacts!

Put my first pair in today, and this has totally changed my life! This has been an amazing thing for me. So thankful I found Hubble. I'll be a loyal customer for life. No doubt! Great product

I've been wearing contacts for over 30 years and have always been steered by optometrists towards the household names. Other contacts always gave me the feeling of having something in my eyes, but Hubble contacts are very comfortable and unnoticeable. Great product at a great price - what else can you ask for?

Great customer service

They have very prompt and courteous customer service. They have a very fast response team and were very helpful. I really appreciate all of their help and would recommend their services to anyone that is willing to try new products. They have a 100% guarantee and they stand behind their products. Uncomfortable! Not for sensitive eyes

Hoping to cut down on the cost of daily lenses, I signed up for Hubble. The contacts arrived about one and a half weeks after placing my order, which included the obtainment of my prescription. I loved the packaging and ease of separating the individual lenses, but unfortunately, they are much thicker than Acuvue Moist Dailies. I wore them to work and at multiple points in the day debated taking them out. They are very uncomfortable! The edge-feel increased throughout the day and caused watering and eye pain. For someone that needs to wear dailies vs. weeklies, these were a no-go.

Meh.

This isn't some raging, angry review; I'm just kinda like, "really?"

I ordered the free two weeks, and after ordering I found out two things:

1. I have possible neovascularisation (where veins grow into your iris, makes you unable to wear contacts, and is caused by contacts being worn too long and not sufficiently allowing oxygen to your eyes).

2. The reason Hubble contacts are inexpensive is because they use a sort of outdated contact type. From what I found out, it's silicone or something like that, and apparently, they're just kind of not healthier, even though they're dailies.

Again, I found out both of those things AFTER I ordered. I'm not mad, I'm literally just kind of like, "aw."

So I called their customer service to cancel, because they don't allow canceling over email (why? I think maybe their customer service is outsourced. Not a bad thing, and I'm not being racist), but the customer service, they were really blunt and just kind of unhappy to have to DO something. And I have a sort of complicated email address, so that didn't help their attitude. I had trouble understanding her accent, so I had to keep asking her to say it again, which pissed her off, and all I was asking was to cancel. I'm NEVER the difficult customer, and I try to be cheerful because let's be honest, working customer service sucks when people are rude to you, and she just kept sighing into the phone and was irritated that I needed the three minutes it takes to cancel.

Again, I'm not a raging, angry customer. It's just kind of disappointing.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Second of all, sorry to read that you did not have a great experience with Hubble, including with our customer service. I don't appreciate folks sighing when I'm on the phone either, so I understand your frustration.

I would love to get a bit more information, so I can try to figure out what agent you spoke with and also process a refund (the least we can do here).

Terrible service

Terrible customer service. I asked to cancel my subscription. They never did, and never refunded me when they made a mistake. Slow customer service.

When I emailed their support line, they told me it was the wrong department and gave me a number to call in to cancel. What kind of company actually does that?

I am happy with them!

I like them very much. For the first few days they felt a bit dry, but now I am used to them. I have been using them for six months now. It is very convenient and I like that I put in a fresh sterile pair every day. Just be careful when you are tearing each contact off the strip, so you don't accidentally open more than one at a time. Otherwise, they will dry up, and that one will be wasted. Overall a great deal, and shipping is very fast.

Pretty good so far

I just received my 15 free trial contacts. Today was my first day. They took a little bit to settle in on my eye. But so far they are very comfortable. I only have one complaint, I have old eyes.
