The supplement works as long as you eat healthy foods such as BIO X4 recommends. Exercise is a plus but doesn't need to be overbearing. I'm at the 60-day mark using BIO X4, and I've lost my belly fat around both sides of my stomach, probably lost an inch in my waistline. If I exercised 30 minutes a day, it would be more waistline loss. Definitely a lifestyle change to the diet, but worth the time to consider what you're consuming with your daily diet.

Taking this supplement makes me conscientious to my food intake, and I'm eating healthier foods. I have tried other probiotics and supplements for overall health and weight loss and have been disappointed every time. BIO X4 has helped my digestion, weight loss, and overall well-being. I feel more energetic and have less cravings. I have lost about 13 lbs in the first two months of being on it.

I feel energetic and in good health all the time. BIO X4 helps control my hunger, and I am satisfied with healthy moderate meals three times a day and small snacks two times a day. My body rhythms are consistent, I sleep well, and my weight is easy to control.

I run and strength train four times a week. However, I haven't been losing weight. I have been using BIO X4 for over a month now. This is what happened:

1) No more bloat or digestive cramps - I feel BETTER! I don't feel weighed down. Clothes even fit looser. I also have regular bowel movements (no surprises on runs) and have no bloating or cramps.

2) No more cravings - I need carbs to run and even sugar for quick carbs. But my whole life I craved sugar. Candy bars, cakes, etc. It contributed to my 80-pound gain and has been the devil on my back. No more. If I eat sweets, it's because of the taste or texture (like ice cream). Even then, I eat much less than I used to and rarely eat them. If I overeat on them, it throws everything off, and I am back to being bloated, etc. So my desire to binge on sweets is GONE!

3) More energy - my performance in my physical activities has improved! Green tea does have "caffeine," but I have no jidders, and as long as I don't eat a later dinner, I sleep just fine.

4) Weight loss - I am finally seeing weight loss, and I have already received comments on my weight loss. I am consistent in my exercise because of the energy it provides and how good I feel. All those things above help you "right" your diet and gives you the energy to start moving.

Exercise is needed if you want to lose weight and you need to be consistent in taking the pill before meals. I have recommended it to many people and very thankful to finally just feel GOOD!

I moved to Florida in November of 2016 and began a daily walking regimen. I started using BIO X4 in January of the new year (kind of a New Years gift to myself).

Since I moved to Florida (at 253 pounds), I have lost 46 pounds and am now hovering at 207. I am very impressed with this product as I have been able to decrease my input (food) significantly while being "pang free." I just take a couple of the capsules a few minutes before I eat and let THEM do the work. I have found eating the last meal earlier in the day and then having a light snack (apple or orange or banana) between then and when I retire for the night has worked for me also (of course, there's a 2-mile walk in there too).

I have been using BIO X4 for over two months now and have had excellent results. My digestion is improved, and my overall energy level is increased quite a bit. I have more energy at the end of the day, and I no longer feel bloated or have any gas issues.

Although I did not lose weight, it gave me an even better surprise my psoriasis went away. I thought that it was just a coincidence so I stopped taking it and it came back. Needless to say, I start taking it again and it went away again. I will use it just for that. And it does give you energy.

I have been using BIO X4 for about 60 days. The biggest gain for me has been a reduction of belly size and relief from bloating. I am 63 years old and had been trying to lose weight without success. I started BIO X4 along with a regimen of cottage cheese and banana for breakfast. My belly has been slowly shrinking, the bloating has virtually stopped, and I feel great! I have noticed a reduction in my food intake too, perhaps because of BIO X4, but more likely because of my focus on getting healthier, hard to say.

The reason I give this product four stars is two-fold. One, it is fairly expensive and two, the purchasing process is VERY annoying with all of the "offers" prior to finalizing the order. Otherwise, this is a truly excellent product!
