This seems to be the biggest advertising scam for any type of kitchenware. I cook daily, have used a variety of good and not-so-good pots and pans, but never anything like this.
Even simple frying of eggs turned into a dangerous process with pieces of eggs being shot all over, including myself. The heat was as medium, and I didn't use any grease. Not only I couldn't flip them, they broke and looked more like dog's breakfast, than fried eggs. The advertising is faulty and should not be allowed on TV. I am not sure how this company still exists and have not found one single reply to bad reviews they've gotten.
Do not waste your money!

I purchased my first pan about a year ago and had gotten a lot more since. I don't know what some of these people are doing, but I never had anything stick. And, even when it did a bit, I always wiped it out with a paper towel, then a quick rinse with soapy water. I sear steaks on it all the time, and never have issues. For those who somehow managed to scratch it, maybe take some cooking lessons, or learn how to use pans. If I scratch Teflon even the slightest bit, it gets tossed because that's the last thing I want going into my food.

I have had this pan for a month. It does not do as the TV ad shows. I still have to soak pan and rub it hard to get baked-on omelet residue off of the pan. I am not satisfied with it at all. I paid $28.00 for it at our local bargain store.

Such a disappointment; performance nothing like seen on TV. My skillet is pitted and now has burned on that I can't get off. I want my money back but will probably pay hell getting it. I'm posting a picture on Facebook!

I was very disappointed as I purchased a pan on my sister's advice and the second time I used it I was making perogies. I only had them on medium heat, and yet they were burning some of them, and the burn marks destroyed the frying pan.

Please stop selling this very faulty pans. The advertising is nothing but lies.
I bought one thinking I would have a pan for the rest of my days for my breakfast. I am 72. "Indestructible," according to the commercial. They are garbage. I used only plastic flippers and washed with a sponge. I cooked only hamburger patties and eggs. The very first pattie and egg stuck to it.
On its first use, I noticed about a 5mm line where the coating was gone. A month later much of the coating looks scratched and everything sticks. I searched Amazon review. People full of the same experience I had. My stove heat range is 0 to 10 and I never used more than #5 while using this pan.
I don't have my receipt, so I am not expecting my money back. Just please, please stop selling Gotham Steel. They are not at all as advertised. Please no more Gotham victims like me. Try one yourself. It is faultily advertised and is a rip-off. Not up to good standards. Please, these pans are not even close.

I've used my 9" about a dozen times for scrambled eggs, and if you use medium heat, it works great. Do not full blast your food or you'll be one of the reviews that post 1 star and calling a piece of crap. Happy cooking, can't cook everything on HIGH HEAT! Turn your flame down. Too many people cook on SUPER FLAME!
I am a happy cooker with Gothan Steel. Somebody finally got the nonstick right. Ignore the bad posts.

I purchased few of these pans. Worst purchase ever. There was nothing I cooked that didn't stick. I kept trying it out, thinking it was the way I was cooking. I even added oil with some items. Well, that was a mistake. So right now, my nice expensive pan is in a dump site somewhere. Pretty said for that kind of money. Yeah, great guarantee; the cost to send that pan back for a refund would cost me just as much as the pan did. WOW, big bonus.

This is the worst pan I've ever used. Everything sticks. Hard to clean. $69.99 down the drain. $29.00 T-fal pan is so much better. After I watched the infomercial, I was stoked. Everything looked so easy. Cooking, clean-up, etc., but the reality is the total opposite. What a disappointment.

Based on all the reviews, I thought the pasta pot was what I needed to replace my 30-year-old reliable pan.
After two uses I have found two spots where the finish has peeled off. Sticking is not an issue right now buy suspect will be soon enough.
