You get what you put into it

Actually this isn't new information it is just put together in such a way that it is easy to follow and for the very first time in my 66 years there is a way of eating that I can stick to and never feel hungry or have carvings. Yes the sales stuff is a bit annoying, but for just $47 for life time membership they have to make a buck somewhere.

I am loosing weight and feel so much better. I sleep better at night and some of my chronic symptoms are starting to resolve after only two week of following the food plan. Plus the video of choosing food in the super market was very well done and helpful. I think those who didn't like the club just want quick fixes and aren't willing to make the changes.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Do not use this site!

I signed up for the monthly subscription stupidly without reading these reviews. I clicked on one of the videos on the website and received notification that it cost me £39 ($47.73). I was so outraged that I didn't even watch it. Do NOT use this site!

Unlimited infomercials

After you join the Trim Down Club, be prepared for a minimum of one video is sent each week with enticing headlines that suggest you can find secret answers to a host of problems from cellulite to dementia, heart problems and all disease. To find the solution you watch a 10 minute infomercial. At the end you will be asked to purchase a product, exercise book or supplement that typically runs at least $47. In actuality the Trim Down Club reveals nothing new. It is info available in magazines and online. Don't Waste your Time and Money!

One year anniversary and have lost 46 lbs

I was recommended to try the Trim Down Club program after trying many other diets. And, I am happy that I decided to give it a chance.

Exactly one year ago I started following their meal plans, and I have transformed the way I eat and look. I couldn't thank the Trim Down Club group enough for their menu planning app and community. These are results that I couldn't achieve when I was counting carbs. Now I simply choose the foods I want to eat, and they create a weekly menu based on those very selections.

I am very satisfied with my success and look forward to another great year of losing weight and feeling great!

Not satisfied

I want a refund of my money because I cannot understand how this all works. The entering of my weight, etc., is hard to understand how to enter it all. I get an email from Trim Down Club and it takes me to some other person that is trying to sell their ideas. I really want to be taken off this list and a refund of my $47.00 as I have not had a good experience with this at all.

I have gone from 275 lbs to 260. It's not earth shattering but a good start. This is the first time anything has actually worked since I got married. Have endured (and ignored) many emails and when I signed up I didn't do any of the "upsells". Can't speak to those. The program is fine. It is not a miracle solution but the dietitian has been responsive to my questions, the people in the forums are helpful and I have a menu plan which seems to be working. I have had to make a lot of changes in what I eat and when. My kitchen pantry has transformed. Another thing, I felt it was getting expensive and the other members helped me find ways of making it cheaper, that was important for me. I think it is worth it.

I joined a while ago and didn't find the site very useful. The emails received were for products asking for more money. I tried to cancel and asked for a refund (as promised). However, all I received was an email asking me to call an international number, again scamming more money. So, you can't get a refund back to the card you paid on, and the service is awful.

And, after fully reading it over, I wanted to help address your concerns as quickly as possible. It seems like the review is about our product and service from a time that dates as far back as 2014. I want you to know that a lot has changed since then, and much for the better. Over the last year alone, we’ve made some really great changes to our products and services that makes me very proud to be a part of the Trim Down Club!

The first change we’ve made was an upgrade to our Menu Planner Application. These changes were based on feedback from our incredible (1 million strong) members. With their help, we built a menu planner that takes your specific dietary needs, BMI, age, as well as the foods you like into consideration to provide our members with a weekly menu in less than 10 minutes. In the past, this took close to 30 minutes, so this upgrade has helped our members save time as well as lose weight, and that is simply amazing!

Another great addition, has been the expansion of our team of registered dietitians. This expert group personally guide our members to success. And, they are always available to answer questions.

Lastly, we’ve made our website more mobile friendly. All of these changes were not easy, and we definitely could not have done it without the help of our incredible members. And, for this we can’t thank them enough.

Regarding being offered additional products in our weekly newsletter, I can definitely clarify. To start, I personally know members that have had great success thanks to these additional products. With that said, we encourage every member to review their own goals and to decide if they are right for them. And, our chief nutritionist, Ossie Sharon, has personally reviewed and approved them all, so we feel very comfortable providing these products to our many members. At the end of the day, the decision is up to you if you would like to go ahead with these products or pass on them.

Furthermore, I can see that you had a hard time getting your money back. This is very upsetting, and I really would like to have a better understanding of what went wrong… I say this because we have a no questions asked 60-day money back guarantee. So, if one of our members is not satisfied for any reason, you get your money back.

Although your review seems to be based on an outdated product and service of ours from over 2 years ago, I still take the claims very seriously. That said, I would love for the opportunity to have a better understanding of what went wrong. And, I am willing to have one of our registered dietitians provide you with one-on-one consultations and on-going support to ensure that you have a healthy 2017 and beyond. Get you money back

I requested a refund twice with no reply. I went to the Clickbank website, looked up my order number and looked at order details. Went to support and requested a refund. I got an email reply that they got my request and would process my refund. It also gives their phone numbers to contact Clickbank.

To use or not to use Trim Down Club

I joined the TDC about four weeks ago. My husband and I are working on losing weight. So far I have lost 5 lbs. We are planning to stick with it. But I will agree with others that it can become expensive. The first week I went grocery shopping I spent $400. That is two weeks worth of regular grocery money. I find that the gluten-free bias is annoying as there is no scientific proof that gluten is bad for a person. About the extras that they push -- no one says you have to buy them. After watching two of these videos I have decided not to bother, as they are just trying to sell me stuff. I asked them if I could get the same results by eating raspberries as using the raspberry stuff they are flogging. Their reply was to go to a forum and see what others think. Not a good answer. They rarely answer questions, but that is all right. I have a good grasp on what a good diet is. The diet plan is not bad. I don't think anyone eats a 100% great diet, no matter what they eat. I do find, though, that the preparation is very time consuming. However, we plan to stick with the diet for another few weeks to see if we can shift some more weight. The bottom line is to try to eat more fruits and vegetables (I have never eaten so much salad in my life) and smaller portions. I realize that we have been overeating by having portions that were too large.

Unbelievable

Since joining the club I have been inundated with mails claiming the latest new discovery, a video clip to watch full of sales pitch and ALWAYS some brilliant new supplement to buy at the end of it! I am quietly loosing the will to live. If their medical science is so far advanced why is it that there is an ever new discovery... UNBELIEVABLE
