I am 59 and scared, I weigh more than I've ever weighed, and I admit I got sucked in by Trim Down Club's Promises. I paid the initial fee. Then they hit me up, two more times successfully for this and that. On the fourth attempt to dip into my shallow pockets for a very special (krill oil), I put my brakes on and began to get suspicious.

I am a little slower on the uptake than many of you who have posted. On day one I was able to access the site. Then I was distracted by life and before I tried to revisit the site a few weeks had gone by. They never said if I didn't use it I'd lose it. It was sold as a one time fee for a life time membership. I had saved it to my favorites thinking I could go back to it I when I was ready. Every time I try to log in now it tells me they do not have a member with my user ID or password. I have never been scammed. I found this comment section searching to find out how to report a scam. Thank you, it appears that I am not alone.

All I found was this B2c media solutions Ltd. And an address in Israel? My husband says let it go, live and learn. But I am angry. It's dishonest, even cruel to prey women who are desperate to try to lose weight. They should be held accountable, but who can find them? Bunch of slimy weasels. Can anyone provide me with a TDC phone number, address or any advice on how to complain or request my money back?

When I first started at the Trim Down Club, over a year ago, I could not make head nor tails of the site. I was so lost it took me awhile to get to grips with it. I’ve sent quite a few emails during the time I’ve been there to them. I’ve received help and tips on how to get around the website (some of it a little too detailed) and was even thanked for my feedback. I’ve taken a bit of a break for a couple of months, and have recently rejoined to shed some weight before the up coming summer; it seems to be a whole lot easier this time round which I am glad about. There’s a new homepage, and instead of having to search for everything its right there in front of me. I finally don’t have to reach out to support for help using the website. It is very easy for me and I am excited. I even lost 2 pounds in my first week back.

I am not sure why some people here call it a scam. I know many other members that have found success. Just look at all of the material you get for $47. You have to have realistic expectations. I have learned the hard way that you can't lose all of your fat in a few days. It takes time and you must stay resilient. My number 1 problem was that I am not good with computers. Now this is no longer an issue since the trim down club program became easy to use.

The product does not work as promised. There was no phone number on the website to a discuss refund. My credit card company gave me the ClickBank phone number to secure a refund. The phone number is 1-866-266-0212. They sent me a refund email immediately.

I bought the plan, but before it could even be implemented, I canceled it. After paying and trying to set up the plan, I just got hit with "buy this first, you'll never get this price again" so many times. Each time for a different product that was going to make my weight loss faster and easier. Bull. I canceled. Hopefully, I get my money back without an argument, but I'm prepared for that if need be.

I have never received a notice of charge from Trim Down Club for four months. According to Trim Down Club, I signed up for the club on February 25th. Since then I have been charged four different times, first for $2.25 and then three times since for $10.87. I have no profile built, nothing. I may have inadvertently signed up but had I EVER received the first notice that they were charging me I might have reconsidered and canceled my membership before spending $45 on nothing.

I respectfully requested a refund since it had not been used and no notice ever was sent to me. I heard back from Justin Anderson, Director of Customer Affairs. He flat refused a refund and responded with, "I received your request to cancel your membership, and I wanted to remind you that you joined the Trim Down Club and accepted the terms and conditions of the program."

Make sure that if you subscribe you keep up with your account and any charges. You WILL NOT be notified, even on their site, that they are placing more charges against you.

In this program form July 2013. The menus are fabulous, including foods I like. The weight has been coming off and it is staying off this time. I've finally found my ideal plan, not a quick fix!

Cons: User interface is pretty tricky, a lot of material to deal with when starting.

I was charged $47 plus another $67 for some reason! When I try to log on, it doesn't recognize my user I.D. I have sent two emails with no response!

When you sign up for the Trim Down Club, you think it is a way for you to get great information on how to slim down sensibly, but all it has turned out to be is advertisements for you to buy more of their products, etc. Total scam in my opinion.

I have been on many diets. Usually, Atkins works for me, but as I have grown older, metabolism has stopped the progress. I lose maybe 5 lbs, and the next day it's back! Until now, all diets have you stop something. Atkins stops carbs, a food-based source of energy and strength. Another diet I have used puts you on soybeans 24/7.

Trim Down Club gives me a menu, and I follow it. It has all foods plus I can pick my favorites! Metabolism is not a problem because of a large amount of food, but the best is the options are healthy and nutritious. I eat a lot of fat, so I am off that now and eating lots of good food. It is slow, I am losing only 1 or 2 lbs week, BUT I have dropped 2 and 1/2 inches around my waist so I look much better and al my friends are talking about it.

I think it is the MOST HEALTHY way to lose weight.

I took my aunt to the doctor and noticed that he had lost quite a bit of weight. So I asked him how he lost it. He said the Trim Down Club and that he recommends it. So after about 6 - 9 months I signed up.

At my heaviest, I weigh 345 pounds. You see, I use food to help me "feel better." I binge eat when I am upset or am hurting. Which is so bad to do! But I joined the Trim Down Club on December 31, 2015. At that time I weighed 305 pounds, and I worked really hard and only ate what was on my menu and lost done to 245.

I have had some setbacks this year and not done near as well. But I am back on track and starting to lose again. It's just taking me a while to get where I need to be. But with God and the Trim Down Club, I will lose the rest of the weight that I so desperately need to lose.

At home, I eat very healthy and totally organic foods. My problem is not the foods I'm eating, but the amount. But even with all this very healthy food, my nutrition grade was only about 87%. All I wanted was a way to trim the belly fat without changing my healthy diet. Eating smaller proportions was helpful, but the suggested foods were expensive and not always available at Whole Foods. I had never eaten so many snacks and certainly not drank the recommended 10 glasses of water a day.

With my busy schedule, most of the time it was impossible to stick with the number of meals and snacks per day. My grocery bill skyrocketed from trying to include this wide variety of suggested foods, and at the end of four weeks, my weight is pretty much the same as when I started. A refund would be nice, but I have a feeling that won't happen. I've decided to stick with eating smaller portions and exercise more regularly and see what happens. So, I wouldn't recommend this program to a friend.
