Pretty good!
I like the fact that you only need to take it once per day. The taste is pleasant but too much pepper for the aftertaste, which burns a little! I have lost 12 lbs in a 5-week period, which I'm thrilled about!

Maintained my weight
I credit Multi-GI 5 with helping me maintain my weight. I used to be bloated a lot and did not have regular BMs. This stopped after taking this for 14 days. I rarely, if ever, miss a day, but even when I do, the benefits of having used it consistently are still effective! It tastes great so no problem drinking it every day.

I love a good lemonade and the taste is great! I have noticed less bloating in my belly area and much more normal bowel movements. I had hoped to see some weight drop, but hey, inches work too. I am into my second jar now and plan to continue this as part of my daily regimen.

Don't breathe the powder
The first glass was hot to the taste and I was afraid I wouldn't continue with it. But the next few glasses were good. It has a nice flavor. I am liking it now.

Unify Multi-GI 5 has helped to flatten my stomach
At first, I was skeptical that drinking a glass of water with a scoop of powder would make any difference in how I feel. I have been using it for 1 month and GI 5 has helped immensely with regularity and reducing the bloated feeling I had so often. It makes me more aware of what I am eating, foods that are going to make me feel better, and stay away from unhealthy packaged items and stick to Greek yogurts, fruits, and vegetables.

Gut benefits
I reordered this product and that is saying a lot. I got it originally for gut benefits. I never had gastro problems before until the past 2 years. Had a lot of bloating and gassy. I was told to get a good pro and prebiotic. I thik this fits the bill.

Does what it says
Overall a great product; will continue to use. Does what it says — except for the part about being easy to dissolve. After much trial and error, I find I have to dissolve it in a small amount of boiling water before adding it to juice or smoothie in the morning. The product is tasty enough, but I wish there were other flavors besides strawberry lemonade — something that would pair nicely with coffee for instance. That would make the dissolving easier.

So far, so good!
