I've been using it since September or October in addition to other changes to my diet and exercise. My weight is down, as is my A1C. I can't fully contribute this to the Multi-GI 5 though.

Ok, I have not noticed a change in all the benefits that were promised, but have only been at it for a few weeks now. The packaging is weirdly large for a small amount of product and the mixing is not very convenient.

My guts are doing very much better. I started wearing a mask to scoop out powder and mix in water because I breathed it in too easily. I even have to double mask! The taste is good but I have to mix in about 16 oz of water because it's so sweet!

I came in with not a lot of expectations. My energy was low, it was hard to get out of bed before 10 am, and my number 2s were not looking right.
I've taken this for 2 weeks and I can say for me, my energy level is up and I'm waking up with less of a haze than before.
It does hold back hunger a little for me, but trust me, after a day of going number two, you will eat. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. I guess if you have a good diet, and are somewhat active, you should be fine.
I'll just repeat, my natural energy has increased a lot. I like this feeling. Been a while. I'm going to go back to yoga tomorrow after 3 years of being off.

Although it hasn’t been a full month, some positive things include fewer cravings and easier going to the bathroom - feeling more emptied than before.
The biggest issue is the black pepper additive riles up my heartburn issues. Disappointing because GERD and reflux were the main reasons I wanted to try the product.
So, first of all, why is the black pepper added - does it burn metabolism or is it a flavoring, or something else? I guess I’m wondering if it’s an ingredient that can be omitted?
Secondly, I truly want to finish out the month to see the full effects of the product, but I can’t handle the spicy part of it. Have you heard this issue with other users and was there anything that cut or minimized the burn? My GERD and heartburn would be so appreciative.

I was hesitant on this product, thinking it was just another gimmick (which I’ve bought plenty of) but a week in now and my bloating is the less it’s been in years! Bowels are now regular when before it was an every 3–4 day thing (sorry, TMI). At first, the energy ingredients made me a little shaky but went away after the 3rd day. I also take blood pressure medicine and was worried about it raising it, but it didn’t (for me). I’ve been sugar-free for almost a year so I can’t testify whether it’s curved sugar cravings. I got 3 months' worth and I will definitely be buying more!

I thought it would clean me out and I would be regular. I just started about three weeks ago. I'm not giving up hope that this product will be a life-changer for me. I do have more energy.
