The product has helped my digestion and intestinal health greatly. I have been combining the shake with Vital Reds, Primal Plants and Energy Renew as my morning drink, along with a cup of coffee and have all the energy I need for the day until dinner since I’m following intermittent fasting. Highly recommend!

Link to this ReviewSince trying Energy Renew (which I combine with Vital Reds, Primal Plants, and ProPlant Shake each morning), I have discovered that I can go all day with excellent energy. I have recently adopted Dr. Gundry's routine of going approximately 20-22 hours without eating any solid food. I do have coffee in the morning, but only because I like the taste, not because I need it to wake up. And I have found I need less sleep, though I wake refreshed each morning! And any cravings for sweet or snack foods has practically disappeared. Okay, once in awhile french fries to tempt me, but I usually resist. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
