    Their payment system sucks

    Overall Experience:

    Not only do I still have a big gap by my back molar that STILL collects food, but when I lost my job and had no money in my account, they kept running it back through - costing me $35 a pop! I called and asked them to stop and they basically told me they would not do so, that I was "under contract".

    Never ever let this unscrupulous company put you on autopay. I have never dealt with a company that refuses to work with me before!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Thanks for leaving us a review, Rhonda. Since customers agree to the payment plan, they are contractually obligated to pay the monthly installments on the total aligner cost.
