Never again! They may have a good product, I don't know. Once I discovered the amount of a serving size, vs the size of the 8 bags I ordered, I determined there was no way I could afford to feed three cats PLUS my 2 bengal fosters (thru rescue) this food. I ordered 8 bags. At $257. That allotment would last me one week - one cup a day per cat. Each bag of 6 cups...$8,224 a year to feed my cats. I don't even spend that on my family of four. I emailed, I called. They won't cancel my order. It has to be shipped, then returned (at my expense!) to them. It's irrelevant that I TRIED to cancel this order before it was shipped. I know it wasn't shipped yet, as I just got the tracking number...24 hours AFTER they acknowledged I tried to cancel.
If they would have made some effort in customer service, I wouldn't be making a bad review...but alas, all I was offered was that they cannot cancel an order.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
