This has been an enlightening experience for me, to learn about prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. This is something that should be taught in school at all levels. Instead, all kids know is burgers, fries, and pizza. To have these essentials wrapped up in one supplement is amazing! I have IBS with constipation. For the first time in my life, because of Dr. Gundry's video, I understand about this part of nutrition.
