I am so happy to have found BetterHelp that offers online therapy sessions. I found my current therapist with ease and it feels like a very good fit. I like that I don't have to travel, which not only saves me time, but being online affords a more relaxed experience, I am home, I don't have to dress up, find parking, etc.
The BetterHelp platform works well most of the time, though for some reason the camera and audio calls do not work on some of my devices. BetterHelp support is very helpful and kind, when this happens and will credit me that session. BetterHelp offers a great service to humans in distress and can reach anyone who can get access to the Internet. Thank you, everyone involved!
