Not only does having your counselor at your fingertips make very busy and very introverted people like me put my mental health first, but also they have great seminars and group therapy options on so many many categories that you can sign up for! If you miss them they are recorded! So that's pretty awesome. Also, shout out Ash and Alaina from morbid podcast, they suggested BetterHelp and I'm really thankful for it.
