I'm wheelchair bound and have lots of damage to the system from chemo. Over the last six months, I've lost 14 pounds and my belly is flatter. I'm very pleased I'm slowly losing the pounds, and I have to watch my sodium and glucose due to the kidney issues.

Link to this ReviewI've been taking this for almost a year now and those cravings before bed are pretty much gone. Before I do take my other meds, I do a few grapes or another fruit, and that's it, I don't want anything else (and my downfall was ice cream).
