Feeling good. I lost 24 lbs with exercise and no more bloating! I feel the cost is high, but health is worth it! My skin feels a lot smoother as well. However, it has not helped my arthritis pain! I have been on high blood pressure meds for years and my doctor says I might not need them any longer!
