    Overall Experience:

    I’ve been taking Morning Complete for a couple of weeks now and I really don’t feel that much different, but I’m taking my diet to a different level trying to eat better. I will continue Morning Complete for the full 90 days and see what happens. It is too early to recommend, I want to get through the 90-day supply first.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Overall Experience:

    I started Noom at the beginning of January at 328 lbs. I've been watching the color chart pretty close and this morning I weighed in at 312.2. It's the first program that I tried that didn't tell me what to eat! It's teaching me what foods I should be eating, but I feel a freedom to eat better and using the color chart it helps me make the right choices. I love my coach, she gives me different ideas and keeps things positive. I'm not into the group thing, so I just don't go there. Plenty of reading with this program too! My weight does vary up and down day to day, but overall I'm happy with the direction I'm going, the program is working for me so far!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
