I purchased the 90-day program after doing the body quiz, I was told everything was going to be $67. Except I was charged $169.98. I immediately freaked out because 1) that’s a huge difference, and 2) I now thought I was being scammed or something.

I messaged the company...no response back. I tried calling them three times and couldn’t get through, it just went to an automated voice that said to send an email or go to help section online. So I last resorted to messaging the owner Vinc on Instagram...didn’t think he would really respond but he did, and I’m actually in shock at how rude and unprofessional he is as a businessman. He accused me of clicking a personalized meal plan button, which I didn’t press or didn’t press on purpose clearly, or I wouldn’t have been so alarmed at my charges. All he had to do is tell me it must have been a mistake and let me know that I’ll get a refund, instead, he actually argued with me that I’m wrong and he’s right, not to mention the checkout page is confusing as heck. He was SO unbelievably rude, condescending, and arrogant. He claims he cares about people and their fitness goals, but from the response I got from him, it really doesn’t seem like he cares one bit. DO NOT BUY V Shred!

Anyone seeking a fitness and meal plan should avoid this program at all cost! It is merely an automated email system designed to sell supplements. There is nothing "custom" about this program. I paid for a meal plan and a custom work out plan and received neither. I did, however, lose $129.00 for the first month and made the mistake of clicking on the V Shred University and saw another $10.00 removed from my account yesterday. I couldn't figure out how to find my custom plans, so I stuck to my former gym routine. It was easy to find lots of expensive supplements with the multiple sales-focused emails (I did not buy any of the highly priced supplements).

After the first few days of trying to find my "custom" plan I gave up searching and chalked it up to another cleaver online scam. Be very cautious of this program. I found more helpful advice for free on YouTube.

It's a scam and a lie. NOTHING he says in the initial video is what happens. You sign up, get some lame phony pretending they are a coach by sending you an email. I actually got one email in the 3rd week congratulating me for my progress who had no idea what my progress was, if any. And on top of it, I ordered nearly $400 worth of product and over 3 weeks later, I haven't received it, haven't gotten any assistance except to say wait for over a month and then if I don't get it, then get back to them.

And worse, every single day, they bombard you with emails about buying more product and overload you with a firehose of information. Nothing simple about it like he said. Just a license to print money. Terrible. I'm having to call my bank to make a claim against them.

I purchased this and after looking at the meal schedule sample, went no further. I work about 10 hours a day, and in his sales video, he never states that you are eating something every 2-3 hours a day. May be fine for someone at home all day, but my boss isn't going to go for that. So I cannot rate this at all.

Vince makes numerous claims on the benefits of his program, just sign up. After paying the initial fee to gain access to the website you realize you have to pay more for what he made sound like was already included. Do not purchase this product, it is a scam!

I ordered the package from V Shred and could not access the program I paid for. In fact, when I tried they kept redirecting me to a page asking for more money for programs included in my payment.

I have tried to do the customized plan and I am having the worst experience I ever thought. After taking a month to the letter complying with everything my coach has proposed to me both in diet and training, my body remains exactly the same, I have not lost a gram and I have not gained any muscle. I have complained repeatedly and my coach answers some things yes and no and tells me that I need more perseverance. I have asked for a refund of money on several occasions and nobody answers me. I am a super disciplined person and they have sold me something that does NOT work. Now my coach says that I put that I weighed more than I weigh (it is not true and they are not able to prove it) and that they have not adjusted my diet well. I have repeated in countless emails that I weigh 49.3kg but they don't pay attention to me. DO NOT BUY the customization. it is a scam!

This is a joke. They hit my card for $149, $49, and $57 all in one day. I tried calling them, no answer and no reply back. I had to cancel my card so they would quit taking money from me.
