Patiently waiting for astounding results

Many purchases are made based on over zealous product reviews that set unrealistic expectations. I recognize Vital Reds is a very high-quality product comprised of essential nutrients for sustained human health. Having said this, I am not expecting magical results after taking a couple recommended daily doses. I plan to use Vital Reds for six months to give me and Dr. Gundry's supplement a fair evaluation.

I'm about to finish my second jar.

I think I'm starting to feel better

It's still too soon to tell since I'm only on my second jar. But I think I'm starting to feel better; less tired, more alert. I'm looking forward to finishing the second and third jar to see if there's going to be a big difference.

Anticipation for good results

I've been following the instructions for "one a day" glass of Vital Reds for over two months now, thinking that it must be helpful to be adding all those healthy ingredients to my aging body (over 85)! So it tastes just fine but hard to tell (yet) how much it's added to regular daily activities. I'm feeling pretty good so maybe partly due to this regimen? I'm still hopeful, so will finish the last jar but the cost is more than I can feel comfortable with, especially not knowing for sure that it's contributing a lot! I might check out another alternative similar supplement for lower costs. Not sure yet. Thank you.

Disappointed with the tiny small size of Vital Reds

I purchased three Vital Reds and three Primal Plants. I was very shocked and upset at the tiny size of the Vital Reds, especially because with the US exchange I paid $60.00 more Canadian, and Canadian customs taxes $53.00 extra. It was too expensive even if the product does what it says.

I have been using it for one week and do not find a difference yet, but hope in three months I will get some value for my money. I do like Dr. Gundry's philosophy for good health, but it should be more reasonably priced. My biggest complaint is I felt mislead looking at the Vital Reds container online and the actual size I received. You must fix this discrepancy.

Vital Reds

As per their customer service, the berry ingredients are natural. I would not know what other kind berries could be unnatural? I tried to find out if the berries, which are products of USA, are grown organically or conventionally. My concern would be the pesticide content of non-organic berries.

I purchased three jars, but don't feel comfortable to re-order. Rather buy pesticide-free produce locally.

Vital Reds

I’m allergic to the cinnamon in it, but I still take it. I don't feel as energetic as I hoped, but it seems to be helping me lose weight. Also, it appears to be helping my IBS symptoms a little. I have gotten my wife trying it see if it helps her. Overall, I think I have little more energy than before.

Tastes good and goes down easy.

I have been taking Vital Reds for about three weeks and I do feel better with each day. How can they not be good for me with all the great ingredients? Also have been on the Plant Paradox diet during this same time, and the first thing I noticed was a major improvement in my sleep habits. I am hoping to get my other health issues improving also.

Hi Dr. Gundry. I had been having a lot of health problems that my Western medicine doctor was not helping me with, such as hypertension, chronic insomnia and having my menses every two weeks. So I decided to see an NP. She put me on a gluten, dairy and sugar-free diet, along with the inflammatory diet which I am still on. It has been three months, I've lost 19lbs, and my insomnia is gone. My energy level is low and I still am waiting to feel good! I am also severely constipated with gas and bloating.

I have been doing research and found you. I have cut out lectins and been taking Vital Reds. Nothing had changed, so I upped it to two scoops, and that seems to help my energy a little. Vital Reds review

I read the development background on Vital Reds and the promise of energy and renewal. The flavor isn't bad for pink dried vegetable powder. I do sense a little energy boost after drinking, and there is no energy crash. Honestly, the claims and marketing somewhat lead efficacy. Dr. Grundy is a smooth talker, and the claims make sense as presented. If there was a huge instant boost, I would be suspicious of a bunch of stimulants. I bought three more bottles. I will give it a chance for longer-term results.

A few tummy issues

We added the Vital Reds to the daily regimen of Sun Warrior Super Greens and experienced some discomfort. The second week, we alternated Reds one day, and Greens the next. That has helped. I don't know that we've experienced any changes in our health, however, I am not on any medication, and maintain a healthy weight. My husband, however, is on medication for high blood pressure. Hopefully, he will be able to get off of it soon.

First time user

I purchased 6 jars of Vital Reds a month ago, I have been taking it with one TB of Apple Cider Vinegar every morning for three weeks now. I have not seen any increase in my energy level as well as my metabolism as yet, I am not sure if this is because I mixed the drink with ACV? I am kind of disappointed it has not kicked in yet as I read the reviews and comments as to how quickly others felt the improvement within weeks.

I confirmed it was okay to mix the two together prior to my purchase but now I am confused and wondering why it's not working yet.
