I have tried the Vital Reds several different ways (mixed in my yogurt, in water as suggested, mixed with my fruit drink) and I would say my favorite is mixed in with my yogurt.

I must say I do feel a good boost of energy with this drink and feel like I should start a gym program now to add to the extra vitality I am feeling. I take Vital Reds every day for more energy, and it does help. I am 67 years old and had two open heart surgeries. I swim one to two miles a day and walk 30 minutes a day. To me, Vital Reds tastes best hot. I like taking it in the mid-morning or early afternoon. I'm type two diabetes, got the bad cholesterol, and two years ago had three stints put in.

The jury is still out, but I have just started my second bottle of Vital Reds.

I drink it prior to any other food or coffee in the morning. I start my day with it along with several other vitamins that are part of my normal routine. I would suggest that at this point, the changes that I am experiencing are subtle and I have not noticed any difference to my skin or sleep patterns. I would say that I am drinking less coffee and have fewer caffeine cravings.

I will continue to use it for the next several months to see if it truly makes a difference. I wonder if I should combine it with certain fruits or veggies for a smoothie in the morning and if that would make a difference?
